I found this shop 3 years ago and staff are great. I saved $40 on cigarettes. It's the best business for tobacco products in Bensenville.

Awesome little shop. The gentleman doesn't speak much, but the lady is pretty friendly. Fantastic selection of cigars. I usually take my time browsing. I like getting the cigars I can't find back home in kentucky. The humidor is well maintained and the humidity is always perfect. I try to stop by everything I'm in town.

Horrible. The man behind the counter acted like I was a burden being in there. He kept his eyes on me like I was going to steal. Then started telling me I was taking to long. Mind you I was spending close to $200.00 on cigarettes. never again. No customer service, no bed side manner. He didn't even throw in a free lighter. Every other place does when you spend over $50. There's so much competition on Irving Park you would think he wouldn't act like. And I'm not the only one that has experienced this also the woman that works there is no better. Between me my father and my husband will spend about 500 or more a month on cigarettes. I will take my business elsewhere. I usually do not give bad reviews but he was so horrible I had to.

I don’t understand this business, I’ve went twice in the last week or so and felt like I was a burden. The lady helped me look for a brand of cigar but looked so mad when I couldn’t find it. Never going back to these miserable business owners again

I go there because I refuse to pay the ridiculous Chicago taxes! Just over the Cook County border and while I'm there I fill up on gas and do some shopping because DuPage taxes are lower.
