“I wish I would have written this review sooner because I cannot compliment enough on the level of care, customer service and class that this Just Tires has provided me and my family for over 2 decades. We have had everything done at this place: tires, struts, oil changes, brakes, ailments, you name it. None of these things has EVER failed us. Vince, Tim and Fabian are the best in the business. I know im failing to mention the other gentlemen in the shop and that have helped us (please forgive me), but whenever I have had a problem or needed something these 3 men were on top of it like I was their sibling. I mean it, they are THE best in the business, treat you like family, are friendly, fair, honest, class acts and actually care about you along with your purchase. If it means anything, I drive from the city of Chicago just to get my work done by them because theyre that professional.
Just Tires, if you're reading this, you need to give EVERYONE at this shop a FAT raise because they are worth their weight in gold.

“I can’t say enough great things about BlueSky Tire and Auto Service! I brought my vehicle in with a flat tire, and they went above and beyond to help me out. They were able to find new tires the same day and had everything including an alignment, done within just a few hours. I had my car back by the end of the day, and it drives perfectly.
The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. The manager, Chris, was especially helpful. I don’t know much about tires or vehicles, but he made me feel completely comfortable and confident in their work. I truly trusted him, and that means a lot.

Sure, you could save $20 and buy cheaper somewhere else. But why risk getting cheap tires from unskilled technicians who don’t know how to properly balance a tire and then use an impact wrench to tighten your lug nuts causing your alloy rims to be distorted? Where’s your $20 savings now?
Seriously. I’ve had that happen. Don’t let it happen to you. Go to DuPage. Best tire shop around! Honest and knowledgeable experts.”

“Wow, when I tell you Raul works lightning fast..... it's not a lie, I had to ask him a couple of times if he fixed the tire. Too funny... he smiled. And showed me the proof. I had a slow leak. I didn't even get out of the car. He saw the nail, said Hold on, next thing you know he said ok you're good. I don't even think I was there 15 min. And it was inexpensive. Like back in the day prices. I think I'll be coming here for my new tires as well. Thank you Raul. And the kind man I spoke to on the phone when I called. Very welcoming.”
“After completing some work on my car the last step was a wheel alignment. My favorite alignment had shop closed over a year ago so I decided to give Cassidy Tire a try. I called and they got me in that afternoon. That’s service! The work was completed while I waited.
Their personnel were very polite and complementary of my car. Everything went smoothly and now my car tracks straight and true with a centered steering wheel. I couldn’t have asked for more.”

“I've been taking my 2005 Cadillac to these guys for years. Without fail, they get it right the first time. Moreover they don't just do random maintenance on your car. They take a thorough look, and if something needs to be fixed, they'll let you know. If not, they'll let you know. And the best part, they don't price gouge. Some of the best pricing I've seen in greater Chicago. This is probably why they're stacked with cars day in and day out.”

“I haven’t had “work” done on my car yet, but wanted to share a negative quickly turned positive experience that I had . I had brought my car in to get checked out and was told if they didn’t get to my car that day, they would get to it the next day. When the next day came and I still hadn’t gotten a call, I felt frustrated that I had to reach out to hear what was going on. I was told I’d get a call back with an update and as the end of the day came near, I was even more frustrated that I had to reach out again. I expressed my frustration and the man I spoke with was very kind and took ownership in the fact that my car had fallen through the cracks and had not been contacted. To me, this business gets five stars because instead of giving me the run around, they took ownership, apologized, and made things right. My car was made a priority the next morning and I was given an honest assessment and next steps. I didn’t feel like anyone was trying to get me to purchase any unnecessary repairs. They even comped me the service charges due to the situation. And as a bonus, everyone was kind and patient with my energetic five year old. Everyone makes mistakes, what matters is how you choose to handle it. Thanks for your integrity and honesty. We’ll be back.”

“My tire kept losing air. I called this shop and they said they’d be able to get me in immediately. I was unsure if I had a nail in my tire, but it was a rather slow leak. They got my car in right away, took off my tire found that my rim was cracked and they were quickly able to put on my spare. Amazing guys and very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.”
