I am so pleased with the service I received from Aloundio S. He is absolutely amazing. I was having an issue with my watch after I downloaded the new update on my iPhone 14. My watch was not recognizing my data plan. Aloundio worked so hard to get this taken care of. What he discovered was that the rep at the Mt. Prospect store set up my wearables as voice lines, which was incorrect. Aloundio spent at least 3 hours with me, contacting Tier 2 customer service and working with them to get this straightened out. I had him check our plan to make sure it was correct, but somehow the plan was wrong as well. Which of course Aloundio had customer service take care of.I wasn't happy that I was in the store for 3 hours, but because of the service and kindness I received from Aloundio, I seemed to forget how long it took to take care of the issues I was having.Aloundio is truly the first sales rep that I have dealt with at T-mobile that actually cared about the customer. He was so knowledgable and sincere I can't say enough about my experience. He truly deserves more than a pat on the back. He is definitely more than a sales rep.Thank you Aloundio for the fantastic customer service and your willingness to go the extra mile to solve all the issues that I had.Catherine

Very friendly staff. I had an issue with my phone that could only be dealt with in person. The day I went, there was no wait. They knew exactly what needed to be done and they took care of the problem immediately.

I went there on a Friday to upgrade my daughter's phone for her birthday. The associate taking care of us was horrible. The phone she wanted was out of stock. We were promised that the phone would arrive at their store by Monday. I asked if any of the nearby T-Mobiles had the phone in stock. He said that they were not able to see the inventory of other stores, but he said he was positive that the phone my daughter wanted would not be in stock anywhere because it was a special order. We went ahead and ordered the phone. Well, Monday rolls around, and the phone is not at the store. I tracked the order and found out that the phone would not arrive until 2-3 days later. I called other T-Mobile stores around me and found that 3 of them had the phone in stock. I called the store and spoke with a different associate. After telling her the whole story, I found out that everything I was told by the original associate was a lie. When we finally returned, two days later, to pick up my daughters phone, we witnessed an associate giving a customer a really hard time and giving attitude. This is a horrible to-do business. I have lost all trust and confidence in the associates at this location. I will never go back there again.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!Ended up going to a different T-Mobile. Sorry can't help you in store, you need to call and talk to someone in another country to help you with your account!!!

Wow, this place was AMAZING! I stopped by last night to switch my service provider from another one to T-Mobile, but I think my old provider made it harder than it should have been. The staff at this store went above and beyond for me - they made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. Even though the store closed at 8pm, Natalie F. was still there to help me set up my device. Plus, Natalia R. was there to lend a helping hand too. These two ladies showed me TRUE customer service, which you don't get to see too often. They stayed with me until 9:27, almost an hour and a half after the store closed! Junior even stuck around with Natalie F. and Natalie R., which was really thoughtful of him! I can't even begin to tell you how grateful I am for all the amazing service I received last night!Thank you so much!

Awesome store and personnel ! Walked in to the store and right away was greeted by the store manager Natalia and Abby. I had a couple questions about my bill and she helped me with a bill review also helped me save some money. Even if they were a bit busy they still helped me out with all my questions and helped me upgrade my phones. Thank you for the amazing customer service ladies. Will definitely recommend this store to all my friends.

There I have experiences kindness and I experience great service. This store has it all. 8 years ago I experience their kindness when I was stranded in a bad storm without way of communicating with my family, they helped me. Now I was looking for a new internet, I drove out to Bensenville, by passing at least 1 store of same business. To make my purchase. This store has incredible employees they were very friendly, knowledge and helpful. Congratulations to management to for hiring and training your staff so they become proffesionel at what that do. You see so little of this now a day.

Horrible location. Nobody greeted me upon entering the store. A staff of 3 people preferred to stand up and talk about what headphones they liked better than assist me. There was one other employee helping a customer, the rest of them gave such bad service I just left.
