This place assumes you don't need your things when you have them quote a move. Lack service around moving a pod from the suburbs to the city, and they impound your pod when their service fails. Service fails to call back when trying to correct their mistake. Then, charges for services I did not request were the last straw. Never again.

Excellent service. Prompt, extremely friendly and helpful, and overall a truly wonderful experience. Christopher M in particular made this a truly exceptional moving experience. I was very stressed the day we moved from our apartment and he was helpful in clarifying the process and what to expect, and we had a great conversation to boot! While I'll miss Chicago, Christopher made it just a little bit easier to move away.

POD was not left for the evening it was left in the am . I was not the property owner at the address in the am the property was transferring in the afternoon.

Highly recommend PODS. They Made our move easy. The PODS team and process was great. Everyone was helpful. Great communication on pick up and delivery. We were very pleased. Drivers were very helpful. Overall an extremely positive experience!!!!

I wrote a review a few months back and figured I'd give you guys an update... so here it is last day of August and we're still waiting on our stuff since March!! So first the "problem" was they had nothing coming this way(Florida)from Chicago. Then finally after I wrote my review and a many calls to corporate, they told us they put our 2 containers on a train from Chicago back in May, a train... nowhere in the policy did they say my stuff would take a train ride. Everytime we call we're told it's in transit and told once it gets here we need to pay $4,000 to have it delivered to us... First of all, we are a family of 5. My husband and I work very demanding jobs and we sleep on an old couch that we had to break down and buy after sleeping on an air mattresses for 2 1/2 months. I have a 17 football player, with a brand new bed set in the pod, that's on an air mattresse and he hurts every day. A 13 year old, also with a brand new bed set, on an air mattresse and a 2 year old, you guessed it a new bed set on the pod, that we just went ahead and bought her a new bed because the couch with mom and dad got crowded. For them to tell me I have to give them another red cent is crazy!! Fed up and over the lack of service is an under statement. I'm already nervous about our stuff being transported by train. What condition will it be in? Will anything even be in the pod? My husband works for the railroad they break into locks for stronger then the lock PODS sell to keep your things safe and those yards that those cars sit in are in terrible areas and you got a big white and red PODS create that's just screaming "come look in me." Never again will we ever use this service and we are in the process of seeking legal counsel. If you are considering PODS, DON'T DO IT!!

Overall very convenient and pretty affordable. Initial quote wasn't very clear and didn't include the total cost of each pickup and delivery so costed more than I thought. However it was all very easy, and the benefit of being able to pack and unpack the pod over the course of a couple days was very nice. I'd use again in the future.

I had a horrible experience due to PODS lack of timely communication, however, one of the managers did her best to help me offset the additional cost I incurred.

8/2024 5* Had some interaction with Jose at the facility He was great. But Thomas G. really helped us out the other day at the facility. We arrived super late on our day to add things into the unit. Bad traffic and a major accident put us an hour behind. He was able to help us out and get it all worked out. He was awesome! Thanks Thomas G. for going the extra mile. We really appreciated it!
9/2023 5* PODS in general has been a good experience. But the drivers I have had from this particular location, Nick and Nathan (Nate), were FANTASTIC!!!! Nick dropped it within 2" of exactly where I wanted it. Great job Nick! Very pleased. And Nathan took care of everything expertly when picking it up. A very pleasant experience so far. Everything looks safe and secure at this point. So I am extremely pleased with them. Thanks for the great service guys!!

I called to ask for only a quote. They took my payment information and then charged me >$2000 to my credit card without my consent. Criminal business!
