Great customer service; regular updates throughout and great work. My vehicle had major damage and required a lot of work, everything came back looking great. They standby their work and willing to correct anything that may come up. Awesome team!

The cleanest and neatest body shop I’ve ever been in. Very polite and accommodating staff. I recently bought a used sports car, and there were about a dozen small stone chips on the front of the hood. They were obvious because the car has a beautiful black finish. I found O’Hare Body shop on Google and messaged them with my issue. They called me for a little more information, then explained that if the stone chips were small, and didn’t dent the body, they would be happy to touch them up at no charge. They explained that they do this to generate customer good will. They pulled my car in, and were done in 20 minutes. Car looks great!! I strongly urge everyone to use O’Hare Body Shop in Bensenville. They are the best!!!!!

I would recommend O'Hare Auto Body for anyone with a high-end vehicle! My Panamera is my baby and I wanted to make sure that all repairs were done correctly and by the book. With O'Hare being Porsche certified, they did just that. Nadine and John helped me through the whole process. Thank you!!!! :)

Just had to take my brand new 2024 model 3 here - they did great work.
Only reason for 4 stars is the lack of communication/sloppy start to the drop off process (calling me saying they couldn’t find my key, calling me during work to sign a docusign that I had already signed the day before for them, emailing pictures later that day asking if I want a scratch repaired that wasn’t there when I dropped it off, which they said they were fixing and never did - tbh I think they thought I was going thru insurance and they tried to add on to the bill, when I was paying out of pocket the entire time) which had me sweating the first 48 hours wondering if I made the right call going with them. There were multiple red flags the first 24 hours.
The interior of the car was also dirtier upon pickup than drop off…I was sorta baffled when I sat in the car (picked up after hours) to see they left it the way it was. Grease/oil/dirt smudges in multiple spots. Was not going to cause a scene over something like that as I had been without my new car for 2 weeks and was simply excited to have it back. But if a manager glanced the interior over once before - I guarantee they would’ve saw what I’m taking about and would’ve cleaned it up. To be fair, I only gave them about a 15 minute heads up that I wanted to pick it up that same day after hours rather than the following day, so maybe they were rushed. But I didn’t drop the car off looking like that inside.
All in all, I still would definitely recommend these guys. The repair I brought it in for, was repaired properly. Cost was $4400 for what is shown in the picture. Girlfriend drove over a curb.

A+ team with excellent quality work on my car. My car was in pretty bad shape after an accident but O’Hare made the whole process seamless. They worked with insurance company to handle all paperwork and kept me updated every step of the way. Highly recommend O’Hare Auto Body.
