Very good service from the moment you pull your car into their bay areas to the time you pickup your car. I am quite impressed with the professionalism of every person I talked to and even those I did not. The car was cleaned by Grand inside and out, wow! Highly impressed with this dealership.
Some things have changed since Grand's doors first opened in 2006 but the core values have always remained the same. Grand believes in building trust right from the start by providing honest pricing, having integrity, and creating relationships with purchasers that last throughout vehicle ownership and beyond. We avoid providing the "typical car dealership" experience. The dealership has been renovated and more friendly faces have been added to the team however Grand Subaru at the heart is still Grand...and it's what makes us Grand.
