They did my bouquets and even offered a trial bouquet which was something I had not seen other flower shops do! Not only that - but they offer timely delivery of their services and were incredibly helpful with setting up all of my centerpieces. I cannot recommend them enough!!”

“I highly recommend this flower shop to everyone! We came to town for just one day for a relative's funeral and were desperately trying to find a shop that was open to buy flowers. This was the only shop open on a holiday, working from 9 AM as listed on Google Maps. The ladies working there were so kind and friendly; in just 15 minutes, they put together a huge, beautiful bouquet! A big thank you to them for the speed, quality, and reasonable price! “Siblana (esp Jill) knocked it out of the park for our South Asain Fusion wedding weekend at the Westin Hotel in Lombard. My husband and I had a lot of requests, and not many ideas. Jill and her team skillfully incorporated and built on our vision to create a breathtaking ceremony/reception space. We couldn’t have been happier with how the space looked and how our initial ideas translated so seamlessly from the design process through the sample and finally the wedding and reception. He helped me figure out my vision for the day and perfect executed it. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and the colors fit the scheme perfectly. “Super nice owners. I procrastinated to the last minute and needed flowers for my godchild's graduation in a few hours. Found out that they were only a mile away down the road and they were open on a Sunday during the holiday weekend. The woman was so nice to me on the phone and said she could help. I told her the colors of the school and found a reference on their site and she made it absolutely beautiful! She even helped me with the stuffed graduation toy I had and pinned it to the ribbon. My godchild loved the bouquet arrangement. Kind, considerate and caring shop to help you with your flower needs. “I can’t say enough about how thoughtful, kind and professional the personnel at Kiki’s are. About a month ago, I placed an order for a plant and flowers to be delivered to my sister-in-law who had been taken to Lutheran General Hospital. Prior to delivery and without my asking, Kiko’s called the hospital to ensure she was still there and able to accept delivery. They learned she was in the ICU, which doesn’t allow live plants. They then called me with the offer to refund or hold my order until she was released from the ICU. When my sister-in-law returned home, the plant was delivered the following day and was absolutely beautiful. She was thrilled. I truly appreciated their flexibility and proactive approach in addition to the delivery of a beautiful product.”

During the first meeting, Justina provided me with a detailed and organized quote that listed all of the flowers ordered and inspiration pictures of each one. This was very helpful for me throughout the wedding planning process and helped make sure that nothing was missed and that we both had the same understanding of what was expected. We had a couple of meetings leading up to the event where Justina went through all of the details with me again and made any necessary changes. Then finally on the wedding day, everything was delivered and set up timely, exceeding my expectations. All of the bouquets, reception centerpieces and church decor looked beautiful. We received so many compliments and they came out beautiful in pictures.”

They were super helpful and respectfully listened to my novice request for “two-toned” roses. (I’m not an an expert.) Based on prior experience, I knew they would be outstanding, but my wife said, hands down, these are the most beautiful flowers she has ever received. They really are amazing.
