We ordered furniture set and mattress on 6/20/24. Thought it was to be delivered 6/29/24. We were told the mattress would be back ordered with an unknown time frame. At this time I attempted to cancel the order but they declined and told me mattresses were non refundable.
After weeks of no word I called again and spoke with different people who then explained to me that the mattress was always available but the bed frame and chest did not pass inspection at the delivery company, renegade. I then requested to have two separate delivery dates as we are now sleeping on the couch since we got rid of our old furniture in anticipation of our new furniture. After a while and multiple higher ups we finally got the go ahead for a new delivery date for SOME of the product on 7/24/24. They showed up to our door after 5pm. The company renegade employeed was Fidelitone and they were highly unprofessional cussing at the weight of the furniture. The furniture was unboxed, hardly wrapped in any protective layer even with us paying the “white glove” fee. The product was damaged and chipped and extremely dirty as if it was prior used. The delivery company told us they would take it all back. Now that they did we have not been able to obtain a refund, they want us to pay 15% fee to re-box the damaged goods that never came in a box. They also are refusing to refund the mattress. The mattress was open, unwrapped, and they rested the furniture on our home. A opened probably used mattress ?? Are you kidding me? And these delivery guys bare handing our mattress and it’s laying in their truck opened? Absolutely not. Also that is illegal to distribute an open uncovered mattress. We tried time and time again to let the company Coleman furniture remedy this issue but at this time want to cut ties with the company and want our money back.

I was kept on hold for 30 min then hung up on there is no sense of urgency with this company and as a small business owner this is costing me money and time terrible experience

Horrible experience thus far. I was told my mattress would be delivered on the 08/23/22 and was canceled on the evening prior. Since then I haven’t received any update and no information on where my mattress is at all. There are tons of horror stories about endless delays for weeks and I’m afraid I’m going to become one now.
