Honestly they just take too long to unload. 2 hours is decent but not when you have a long day of driving. 30-60 minutes is ideal.

I was one hour late due to my tractor breaking down. They worked me in right away. Tough backing, but I had help from a fellow driver and those blue lights were very nice for guidance.

Pull into car lot and back down road. Easy enough. Back wasn't as tight as it looked, staff was friendly, unloaded me early. I do not like coming to the area but I would have no problems delivering here again.

Do not ever arrive early for appointment to deliver.I arrived 7hrs before appointment and it took them 4hrs to put me in a docking bay to unload.I would have understood if there were a great deal of deliveries or outgoing shipping but I sat waiting 3hrs with no trucks coming or going from this place.My advice, show up for appointment time. That is what I will do for now on.No place to use the bathroom and I sit for 4hrs. No way. Nor again.Shame on the mess.

Read reviews before I came in so I backed down the dock area. Much more room here than people are saying. If you know how to drive there's room for a u turn in the dock area just take it slow. I would not try to pull in with a longer wheelbase though. Good luck drivers

I will never recommend any driver to take a load or delivery...it take them 6hr pls to load or offload. Never again.

It is quiet challenging when it comes to backing, I saw guys backing up from the entrance all the way to check in point. That makes sense but you can also make U-turn in front of docks but make sure tandems all the way forward. Check in process is easy and everything seems good
