The females at this branch have a delusional perception that they're somehow doing the account holder a favor by filling out deposit slips.I visit other branch locations including different banks and I never had anyone insist that I fill out a deposit slip especially in the drive thru.Perhaps the bent attitude has deluded their critical thinking because it's difficult to fill out a slip on soft touch consoles.It's just common courtesy to just fill them out as it should be a part of their back-breaking straining job.Also it doesn't help that the driveway is riddled with potholes.I think the staff at this branch doesn't want returning customers in order to decrease their workload and to spend more time on their phones.

I personally have quite a amount with chase not because I'm showing off but because the more money you leave with them the more it's means how much you trust your bank. I recently showed up to this location and tried to withdraw money with my dad using his card long story short the card will decline after a one time attempt to withdraw and the lady over the counter told me after one time if she tries again it will decline well...what happened to the first time obviously she messed up the first so other attempts will not work. And then upon leaving I must admit I wasn't the happiest customer I still thanked her and walked away and she calls me back a told me "you called me out so say that again" in the rudest way possible. With employees like this and atm machines not working 80% of the time I rather go to the other chase 3 miles further and making this in my opinion the worst chase branch with the worst people in all my 10 years I've been a chase customer.

Manager Mohammed does not return phone calls as promised. Bankers aren’t any better. Take your money elsewhere. Customer service is non existent here

This is a horrible Chase. I deposited my check in the ATM and the machine shutdown and updated in the middle of the transaction. It took the check but didn’t credit my account. Chase customer service was awful. Do not use the ATM

These branch reps are not knowledgeable. Just call the number on the back of your card. Don't waste your time going in.

Staff at the drive through are always kind and very efficient processing my transactions. Really appreciate it as you are never waiting long and still get friendly service.
