I had a good experience here. I came in to get foreign currency for a trip overseas. They were polite and did a great job managing my request for getting two different currencies. They have to order them in advance. Then they called promptly and let me know the currency was available.

I had a card expire and they replaced my good card instead of expired one. Ridiculous, now I stay with no cards and they caused problems because it's business account and I stay with no active cards. How is that even possible. I had that card linked to all my payments and now I don't have any valid cards. I wish there was 0 stars to give because that's what they deserve

The drive up ATM never works. Pot holes are bad driving into the closed bank. Always had to wait at the other ATM inside. I am thinking of getting a new bank. Been with Chase since 2008 An I have not been happy with Chase. Even the Chase bank on Lake St in Addison is not the best service and getting out of the drive up is a real pain !

Worst set up ever! There is one drive up ATM, no way to access an ATM on foot if the drive up one is packed, which is always, and the normal drive up service is completely shut down. And the only ATM has problems reading cards and you can't tap your card either because big surprise... it's broken! I absolutely HATE this branch. Don't go here unless you have an hour to spare waiting for an ATM that might work... actually just don't go here there's another chase off grand that at least has 2 functioning ATMs. Whoever makes the decisions about services at this one does NOT care about its customers.

This is probably the worst chase to go to. I live in Bensenville, have lived my entire life. You would think that with all the business they have from the community, they would at least have a second drive up ATM. Instead of having the drive up closed, for what seems to be permanently since no one wants to work. Just put up another ATM im tired of going and seeing a line of 8 cars EVERY the time.

I hate that I am limited to one Star and I can't do zero stars. They close down the drive through. The ATM never has any cash. The lobby has lines out the door. There is always a line down the street for the ATM because they took all the local ATMS away. This place is a terrible waste of time and there are other banks working hard to earn new customers.

Not only has this branch closed their drive up during a pandemic putting their employees and clients at risk, but no mask mandate enforcement. Plus teller stations are open next to each other making social distancing difficult. Spots marked on the floor is NOT all a business has to do.
