I go to the bank every week and the tellers are some of the nicest people I come across. I always look forward to seeing them!

Bipolar personality banks.. some w/ very helpful employees, others that are extremely annoyed that you are in front of them.. and a highly confused legal department!

I had a good experience here. I came in to get foreign currency for a trip overseas. They were polite and did a great job managing my request for getting two different currencies. They have to order them in advance. Then they called promptly and let me know the currency was available.
