We brought our adopted kitten to Bensenville Animal Hospital for her health check. Everyone was very friendly, thorough, and professional. All of our concerns were addressed. It was a pleasant experience for Oreo. You tell by looking at the pictures how chill she was for her exam!

They’re great. They always make sure to answer all my questions and always give you the prices upfront. Very professional and Francesca is always so nice and joyful. I would definitely recommend taking your pet there.

I can’t even express how wonderful this hospital is. What a breath of fresh air from my previous vet. From the front desk, to the technician, to the doctor. All so amazing, kind, loving and sympathetic. They spent so much time with me and my dog and made us both feel comfortable. My dog was not nervous at all. A big thank you to all of you!

While on my many travels my adventures companion Sophua my Viszla had a problem with her right forward paw tbat required fast attention. While close to the city i called and they were very concerned and willing to see her for immediate urgent care, which they did a few minutes after our arrival.
An X ray plus pain meds, plus skin care pills(told the doctor about Sophies summer skin allergies) came to $ a very fair amount without braking any banks. Not long ago the pulling of one of Sophias front nails while on her adventures got a bit infected and the bill was $800.00 total(this was in anotber clinic in SC by the way) So we're (Sophia and myself) very grateful too all at this clinic... Once again... THANK YOU'LL

The best hospital ever. The staff is incredible understanding so helpful and genuine. They did everything possible to help our girl Ivy live as long as possible but unfortunately cancer won but Dr.Robbins was so informative helpful and always answered our questions gave us plenty of resources and just simply never gave up. We will continue to come here with our future fur baby’s and we 110% recommend this clinic thank you for everything!

They always make time for us! Happy with the service.
Update: our pup was hit by a car last spring, and even though they aren't technically and emergency office, they rushed her in and stayed open late to try and save her. They cried with us when she didn't make it, and they sent flowers the next day. The level of kindness and empathy coming from this office is unreal. We will continue to bring all of our animals there: dogs, senior cat, rats.

This is a very caring animal hospital. Francesca and Dr Robbins were extremely kind and took care of my Tyson. He doesn't usually like strangers but he seems to like Francesca very much. Thank you Bensenville Animal Hospital.

My dog Roxy nails are so crazy long! So many groomers could nut cut her nails. I finally went here to Bensenville on July 31,2024 and legit these peeps were straight up gangster! They got her nails cut! Thank you ladies!

We absolutely LOVE Bensenville. The customer service is top notch and I genuinely trust the amazing staff with both of my dogs health and safety. Everyone is SO kind and welcoming. They know my dogs by name and always give them so much love! I would recommend anyone and everyone to go here.
