I moved from Chicago to NY recently and my movers incorrectly assembled my bed causing it to break immediately when I sat down on it. I called Baxton to ask about a bed I had purchased from them over 3 years ago so I could purchase the correct parts to repair my bed. I spoke to Ali who was incredibly kind and helpful, going as far as to contact Baxton’s other store to see if they could pull my purchase information. Through her help, I was able to identify my exact bed model and will be having it repaired soon. There was no incentive for her to go out of her way to help me, considering I wasn’t a prospective customer but she had me send her pictures of the bed and worked with me to identify the bed. It’s rare these days to experience good customer service (I’ve been receiving awful customer service my moving company) and I’d encourage everyone to use Baxton. Plus, the bed I have is fantastic over 3 years later. Thank you to Baxton, particularly Ali for her outstanding service and help.

Shout out to the BSO Aurora location!!! Best customer service experience received from Chris, Alyanna, and Dalia (I'm sorry if that's not your name). I purchased my outdoor furniture at a price you cannot beat and came back before I left to make another purchase. If you haven't visited you are missing out on some awesome in-store price cuts and items.

Ordered one of their beds off Amazon. Description claimed it was walnut stained ash hardwood, received the bed, it was heavy enough to be hard wood so I didn’t check. Put the bed together, less than a week after assembly the front bed support rail is broken in two spots and the third spot that broke put my wife on the ground with a cut leg from a screw that pulled out of the cardboard front rail. The company is accepting a return but wants to take 61.60 off of my 350 dollar bed frame because they said I had a change of heart. They’re refusing to cover shipping after their product failed less than a week after it was put together and slept on. Oh it’s not hard wood btw, it’s some type of cardboard material.

I would never shop here. It is not cheap as they claim. Their missing parts policy is the worst in the industry. You must go to their store to get the parts, though it is their mistake. And you can’t return it even if it is in the worst condition. I would instead order from Amazon or Walmart for the same price with confidence.

My husband and I visited the store in Aurora Illinois, we saw two loveseat butwas undecided, the manager held them for a few hours. The loveseat sat really well and was a great price. Thank you for great customer service a lot of places do not have this service anymore. Oh, and it is hassle free.

I haven't purchased from here but giving 5 stars for their website. A lot of other furniture stores in the area do not have good websites where it shows the pricing and weather things are in stock for pickup today. Time saved!

What a perfectly wonderful experience I had with Baxton Studio! I am an out-of-state customer, so my transaction was a bit more complicated than that of a local buyer. Nevertheless, from start to finish, I was shown tremendous care and attention by the store representative who helped me. Most of all, I am thrilled with the beautiful, modern design of the piece I purchased. It shipped safely and quickly, and aesthetically speaking, looks like it was made for my home office! Five stars, three cheers, and many thanks.
