Angel was very helpful and knowledgeable about this job in an office. All drawers are dove tail joints with very heavy duty shelving. Would highly recommend this Pentwater Cabinets and Angel, if you want a quality cabinet with great design. “Home Depot in Broadview is far superior to Cicero. While alot of contractors use this Home Depot, some locations are just a mess. Broadview typically has plenty of pumpkins walking around to help. Where other locations seem like you’re walking around on a deserted island with power tools. I’m not the most handy person but I can usually find most things. You can usually get keys made pretty quickly at this location. The Depot dogs here are some of the best I’ve had. Self checkout seems to be the way to go, but if you have lumber or things that need to be measured you might have to wait a while. I also think the garden center here is one of the best around. Most things you order online are in stock and ready in no time. Curbside pickup is hit or miss. Sometimes your goods are in your car lightning fast, other times you might be better off popping inside.”

“We are lucky to have this place nearby. I usually go to Lucy’s in Zion for appliance parts as I am in Lake County. Though they stock the part I needed this time typically, they happened to be out of it. By backup (Abt), was out of stock too. They suggested Automatic Appliance Parts at the exact same time I found online they had 18 of the gas bake igniter for my range that I needed. They were also open at 8:30am on Saturday. I’m stock and open on Saturday mornings is already a huge bonus.When I walked in and gave them my stove model number and told them I needed an ignitor I thought they looked up the wrong one because he gave me an automatic discount on the part from what I knew the price was online.Local, open early and weekends, large stock of parts, good pricing and knowledgeable people, if you don’t treasure places like this, you are a lost consumer.They may become my go to source for appliance parts. They not only have their inventory online but accept Apple Pay too.I am at a loss trying to find a flaw here….”

“Once again I returned to Best Buy/ Pacific Kitchen and Bath to price shop. I have purchased several items from Pacific because of the sales team I have encountered in the past. There is so much new information today and comparison shopping is a nightmare. My regular sales person was off today and I was greeted by Mildred and pleasantly offered assistance. I was looking for ovens and she was a wealth of information. I had no intention to purchase just select the brand I needed. We started at very high end Viking at my request and worked down looking at many many ovens. This is an exhausting experience. Mildred could answer every question and even redirect me to brands that fit my cooking needs. Design and function over price was my need. Plastic knobs, not enough BTU's, poorly designed burners were some concerns. Mildred narrowed down my selection and next we pulled up the ovens on line and compared the advantages of each oven. THIS was superb all pricing, design, elements and options were printed out. Samsung has a very cleaver new oven with a single door that can actually break into a two piece door. The center burner is very inefficient for my use in the cooking process. Mildred was extremely helpful with high power BTU's, higher quality burners, design elements and oven features. A perfect oven was decided upon after looking at so many choices. A sale was made. I would have wasted a lot of time and even though I had researched ovens when I arrived today. Thank you. I would have never had the information Mildred presented. Very professional and knowledgeable. As I mentioned I had no intention to purchase. I have never had a rude sales person. Actually been rather surprised about the amount of product knowledge in this quickly changing industry the staff presents. I have had delivery issues and a small dent in the past and it was taken care of immediately.”

“The customer service from the employees at this location are top notch. I am from St. Louis, MO. and was in town for a hockey tournament. Thirty minutes before we had to be at the rink, my son noticed the blade on his stick was broken. We had a backup stick, but it needed to be cut to size. We went to this Home Depot location and a wonderful gentleman named Patrick took us over to the area that you can use the hand saws, and cut the stick for us himself. We were in and out of the store within 5 minutes and were able to make it to the rink just in time. I can't thank him enough for his generosity, it would have taken me much longer to saw the stick myself!”

“Menards in Melrose Park is a great store. Fully stocked, great variety, super staff. We have had deliveries from them, picked up things in their yard and the guys at the gate are so nice and of course shopped the store hundreds of times. We recently needed the help of customer service today and I was taken care of by the general manager himself!! JOSHUA SINNETTGENERAL MANAGER 2ND ASST treated me like I was the only customer he had dealt with all day. So much attention and even emailing back to report back and to assure if I needed anything in the future do not hesitate!! Also Kendra help me along the way and said the same to call back if I needed help!! This is going above and beyond for sure and really sets them apart!! Thank you for everything!!”
