I chose to purchase 3 new Marble brand shampoo bowl faucets from this company, first because they were based out of Illinois. Next I chose American Beauty Equipment because they claimed to carry the exact faucets I had for 17 years that needed replacing.
The faucets I purchased at top dollar that were sent to me, are Not Marble brand. One of the three faucets I purchased were faulty, resulted in leaking all over in 24 hours after being installed by a professional plumber.(second trip for plumber)
I requested replacement for the faulty faucet and received TWO, $230 each, (only needed one) completely different faucets.(third trip for plumber)The response I got was oh just keep it.
These faucets are obnoxiously loud and sound like a swarm of bees. Every client comments or complains.
The last response I received months ago was for me to send them back and they will send out different faucets.
I have 3 shampoo bowls in a thriving salon and I should call the plumber, yet again and wait for replacements???
***Terrible customer service and Fraudulent products!!!!! ??????????

Ordered product..not what I needed..asked to return and have to pay return ship plus restocking fee...item got returned back to me undeliverable..and can't get customer service to return my call...guess what I need new equipment now and WILL not do business here again..

I’m giving 1 star because I finally got my 2 jets for my pedicure chair. I ordered on Monday 7/31/23, was told by a woman my order would arrive by the end of the week. She charged me $20 for shipping and took $4 off saying “FedEx charges $4 more to deliver to home address” so, I had it delivered to my workplace. I’ve never heard of anything like this and I deal with shipping items on a daily basis. I usually have products delivered to my home for usually $5.99-$7.99. I never received any confirmation email (but immediately the money was deducted from my account) or tracking information. Friday, I still had not received the items so I called and spoke to “Joan” who was very short, almost angry that I was calling. Saying she was “busy in the showroom ” she asked for my email again, which I know she didn’t write down and said she would send me “tracking information” I received nothing. They are closed for the weekend. I called 5 times on Monday (8/7/23) and left a message for a call back…nothing. I called 3 times on Tuesday (8/8/23) with, again, no answer at all. On Tuesday (8/8/23) afternoon, our receptionist brings me a package (L.L. Bean lightweight slipper box,) from the MAILBOX, with my 2 jets that I was charged $20 shipping for FedEx but came via USPS!! The invoice…had no information except that it was 2 jets and no amount listed at all for reimbursement. Thankfully, I will never have dealings with this company again…Beware of charging and customer service is horrible!

I am highly pleased with the store's response and high-quality stuff. The team here actively answered all my questions, and I tried out various chairs and other equipment. The collection is extensive, which I appreciate the most. All the equipment here looks classy and sturdy, enhancing my salon's look. There was a little delay with delivery, but nothing major to be honest. I will surely visit again for my next purchase.

We are home for Christmas with family in Idaho. We called American Beauty Equipment today to stop by in their showroom to see salon chairs and shampoo unit. Staff was very nice, great service. We were able to take our item home same day.

They were so nice until we had an issue. Shop elsewhere. Not worth taking a chance and losing money. Very disappointed in the customer service. I have warned many salon owners of this company and they are passing on the word. DON’T SHOP THIS COMPANY! Total scam
