I have been using **********, now Action Bags, for almost 12 years & was very happy with them. Now I am no longer so happy. Since the company changed, the bags are made in China. Used to be ********. The bags are more flimsy & every second or third bag is not open so I have to tug to pull apart the zip before I can insert my pattern. Also the boxes the bags were delivered in were absolutely filthy. Wouldn't even allow the delivery person to put them on my floor. You've sold out to the ************** very disappointing.

I got a call from the owner today about some concerns I was having with bag quality. I have to say as a business owner myself, he went above and beyond in trying to understand my frustrations and also helping fix this issue. With the phone call today from the owner, he earned my trust and regained my business.

Poor review because this company is no longer in Westchester, IL ( outside of Chicago). They relocated to PA. I drove all the way to this company to discover they are no longer in the area. I looked them up and it appears they are still in Westchester; complete waste of time. The sad part is that it took a very long time for the person that I spoke to over the phone to tell me that they moved. ( I called the number associated with the company to find out why I could not find them on the corporate directory.) She kept asking what company are looking for and why do you want to know. I repeated myself and the name of the company several times. She finally confessed that they moved to PA. Wow...so weird.
