Never again. I probably could’ve done this myself. Not worth my $80 dollars and drive. Nail tech/family member did a horrible job and she knows it.Toenails came out worse after I was cut multiple times. Horrible. ?

Absolutely love my nails. First time to this salon and as the reviews mentioned I asked for Maria. She was so nice and friendly. Great conversation and even better service.
Everyone was really nice as soon as I walked in.

I have been going to this nail salon for two years as it is near my job at Ohare. They are very accommodating, friendly, and professional. The owner Kelly is very kind and patient. She knows all her regulars. Not to mention my nails last for up to a month. Highly recommended! Ten stars (Maria did my nails below)

The owner talked to me in such a rude tone and gave me a nasty attitude. I was saying i didn’t want to use the drill since its damaging. She explained they have to use it for dip powder. I told her i have acrylic not powder. Then she said acrylic is powder. I just let it go and stayed quiet. Then she kept saying things to my nail tech in their language sounding mad. Then i got in my car and she and her client kept looking at me multiple times as if they were talking about me. No one wants to feel uncomfortable when they go get their nails done.

Excellent service. The ladies here are so nice and are so talented at their jobs, this has been my second time here and I'm definitely coming again in the future.

Pay attention to what they charge you. I got a gel set, and my daughter got a full set of acrylics. That was $86. We go back in 2 weeks to get my gel set redone, and a fill for my daughter. Plain white nails. Nothings special. $86. I paid and thought it was high, but I'm new to getting nails done, so I didn't question her. I look into it and I was ripped off! When I go back to get my gels removed, and ask her why I was charged the same amount each time she tells me it's because the acrylics were long and had a design. I show her my daughter's nails- regular plain white. She proceeds to give me $5. So insulting! She takes my gel off and I said you're not gonna charge me for this, right? She says it's $8! I pay her and say I'm never coming back. I was taken advantage of completely.

I went to get my nails done today and I’ve been there before so this is why I choose this location… I had an Inspo picture and I thought they knew what they were doing… first of all the lady that was doing my nails was extremely rude she never talked to me tell me how to move my had she would aggressively do it to me.. not only that when I get my nails done they always ALWAYS clean me up for some reason they didn’t this time.. I should have left the place once I knew they didn’t do that. This place is not even that clean if you look at where they do eyebrows they have wax just all over the walls. They definitely did not make me feel welcomed and I will never again go here. I started crying so bad when I got in the car because how bad my nails were… I really think the lady that did my nails ( she had glasses ) doesn’t do anyone’s nails bc I really don’t think she knows what she is doing.. like I said I USED like this place. But NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO Im depressed about my nails and they still charged me $60. Unless you want to cry about your nails I would avoid this placeService: Manicure
