Did a great job detailing my car but I picked up my car with a huge crack in my windshield!! The crack was a 100% not there when I dropped it off and the store hid it from me. They didn’t tell me about it when I picked it up. The first thing I noticed was the cracked windshield and they said they didn’t see it. It’s very obvious it’s there and then continued to say it wasn’t their fault! I’m absolutely furious!

I drive 20 minutes from my home and pass 2 car wash businesses just to get my truck cleaned here. It’s that good.

My NEW fav car wash place!!! They wash you car like car washes used to do. They even removed the mats, opened ALL the doors and wiped the door jams down. I sat there amazed as I watched them wash my car the way a full service car wash should! They did NOT spare any details! Even though I have to drive out of my way to get there, as long as they continue this service, they have a new customer for life!

I read through the reviews ahead of time, but I was still surprised by the superior level of service they provided. The manager was overseeing all of the operations, and the employees also showed a lot of attention to detail. Get the ultimate car wash. It's well worth it. I will certainly be making the drive back to this location. I pass at least five other car wash centers on my way there, but it's worth the time and extra travel.

When I got up to the attendant, I asked, can you please clean my floor mats? He said yes, but you have to get the ultimate car wash, the most expensive one. I said OK. My wife and I walked inside to pay the bill and was greeted by a not so friendly older woman. I asked her if she had Apple Pay and she said no. I said no problem. I then gave her a Wells Fargo card and she told me that she does not take American Express. I said good that’s not what I’m using anyway. She ran the card and handed the paper to me and I said how can I leave a tip? She said you should’ve told me that before I ran the card. I said, you should’ve told me that I needed to add the tip on before you ran the card. I signed the paperwork and hand it back to her. I asked if they had an ATM and she said yes. I walked over to the ATM and took out $20. I walked back over to get change from her for the tip and she told me that she would never spend money on an ATM fee to get her money out. I said what choice do I have? After I got my car back I noticed that there was a lot of dirt still left on the dash the shifters and between the seats and the console. I feel that for the $30 that I paid for the ultimate car wash. I did not receive that service either from the car wash attendant that took my car in or the one that did the cleaning after it was pulled out from the car wash. I definitely did not feel. I was a valued customer from the lady inside.
