It's good to note that this is not a free standing building. The UPS store is located inside the pharmacy. Each time I've been to the UPS store, it's always been busy. Not sure if they have a dedicated worker at the UPS counter because the people from the stores register always comes over after ringing people up. But the process is always quick if you have your label or barcode ready.

Went on a friday at 2:30 pm, I had 5 things to return and didn't know what was going on. The girl working there was super helpful and proficient with all things ups.

Great service...when they are open. Times posted on website do not match times posted on door. Sometimes finding them closed during posted hours. (At least the O'Brians is closed and locked- UPS store is inside) Sunday hours on website state open until 3pm- posted hours on door state 12pm. Weekday hours state open until 6:30pm- I've come at 5:45pm to find (the building) closed.

UPS store counter is inside O'Brien pharmacy. No signage on the outside of the building. Can get into the parking lot from Whitney or Locust. Once I found it the employee was very nice, quick, and helpful!

Typically have great service. Occasionally you get a little slow service but that's only when there's a new person learning the system. Great staff!

Sent a package to Mexico and the person helping me did something wrong with the documents on the package so it was sent back to me. they are not giving me my refund back. i am very upset and would not reccomend this store
