SCAMMERS!! Went in to this location to for an upgrade. Didn't have any issues until I logged into my account the next day and they had added 2 internet lines without my consent. The rep, Damie, also said it was "mandatory" to have insurance for 4 months on the new upgrade, which I found out wasn't true when I contacted customer support. Don't go to this location. They seem to only care about their commission and are willing to be sneaky and lie to get it. Very disappointing.

Let me just go ahead right now and give a shout out to the best Tmobile store experience I had with the best customer service I've received from a cell phone business company anywhere! Thank you to Dami and Indira,I can be at ease about not losing out on having a phone and even better the dual of a phone and watch! I recommend this store and I recommend to work with either one of them! Thank you so much ladies, you exceeded my expectations!

I have been a loyal customer with Tmobile for over 15 years. I walked out of the store on Sunday, Mother's Day, feeling very upset, disappointed and disgusted. The Employee, a man, with long hair basically covering half his face, who gave the energy that he did not want to be there, was very rude, unwelcoming and tried to charge me for something that by calling the 611 was done over the phone and for free. Since i disputed any sort of charge, he refused to service me and told me i could go back to where i purchased the phone and have them take care of it. I only went to Rockford to make the inital purchase, because the phone was not available at the store in Belvidere. I spent over $1,000.00 on a phone and the employee was care-less, rude and just an overall j**** I would avoid any service at any time the pale white dude with long hair and glasses is in.

Erick the man to see, professional, courteous and even told me about a warranty program I was unaware of for my phone case. Never had a bad experience here, they always take good care of me I would recommend this location to friends and family

Horrible customer service. The manager is very unprofessional & very impatient and was rude yelling to a customer…and not willing to help. Wouldn’t come back here ever again. Wouldn’t trust them. (Laurens the managers name)

Worse store to go to the Manger Lauren refused to help my son. Customer service called and ask Lauren her word Id number she refused to give her information. My son was scammed at that store and no one helped him. So I went to rockford location they were amazing nand helped me right away.

Disrespectful customer service didn't help cooperate or communicate. Everytime I needed guidance the workers went to the back.T Mobile needs improvment in the store!!!

Just switched to T-Mobile yesterday around 12. I kept my number and my phone. Not quite sure what happened but I can’t send any texts nor can I receive any and when I call someone it shows up as 1 of their temporary numbers. Went back last night and they called customer service and not very helpful. They said it can take 24 hours. Well it’s been over that and it’s a holiday so I can’t text no one and no one answers numbers they don’t recognize. I will go in tomorrow and see what they say but sounds like I made a huge mistake leaving US Cellular. Whatever you do don’t leave that place until everything is 100% because I feel I’m in for a long day tomorrow with them.

BEST PLACE TO GO FOR SERVICE IN BELVIDERE AND ROCKFORD. Let me say, although this is a small store they are the best! They were courteous, knowledgeable, respectful, and were able to perform their role as, "mobile experts". The manager, Lauren, even came in on her day off to assist with my purchase, which is outstanding! I was ever grateful that I was able to meet her at another store after the horrendous experience I had at the location on E.State in Rockford. She happened to be at the Cherry Vale mall location helping them out with something. It was truly awesome how she stepped in and offered her assistance, and did so very graciously.

I unfortunately was attended by an employee named Lauren who was extremely lazy, unknowledgeable, and talked down to me in a disrespectful manner. She made little to any effort to assist me and should reconsider her career in sales if she’s not going to put any effort in the customer service aspect of the job.

Well since I can’t get a response from human resources for this company TCC wireless a T-Mobile delear I will take it to reviews since they so very much care about them. I worked for this company for about a year or so after they bought out my company bright star I was let go in January 2022 For some thing the district manager Julio and his superior Rick instructed me and my staff to do. They are withholding my final paychecks and this company is built on fraud so I suggest you make sure to pay close attention to your bills because they will add an extra lines and credit your account to make sure they make their quota. I have asked repeatedly for my final paycheck which I am owed it has now been 7 months which the policy is 6 months at the latest and I am being denied a response. I am posting this now to get there attention before getting a lawyer involved and will take this to court, in the process of filing a complaint with the department of labor.

Great customer service and Madison was exceptionally wonderful we’re taking care of Oliver needs at the store walking out with all of our new iPhones activated and ready to go. Get home realize I cracked my screen protector turning around and go back no problem gave me a new one put it on less than two minutes
