Used to come here on a daily basis. Came in one day and there was nobody in line so I walked directly to the cashier. The cashier tells me she won't serve me until I go back and thru the gates where people line up even though no one was in it. Thought this was weird but I went thru the line anyway, as I'm going there another customer approaches and she calls for them to go first. Rude and strange. When I reached out to management about this issue I got no response from them, no apology, no comment, nothing. Work for a business that fuels there on a daily basis. Not anymore.

Very disappointing experience at the Belvidere location because of this old woman named Heather with a terrible attitude went in there like I’ve gone in 1000 times and this person on the dayshift has a terrible terrible attitude. this lady thinks that she is my employer . starts barking orders at me telling me to put a mask on and she doesn’t even wear a mask . pretty ignorant. I put a mask on and then she kept following me around the store getting real snippy trying to show her authority ?????and wouldn’t leave me alone. I think she forgot her place. I did what that woman demanded of me and then she still kicked me out threaten to call the cops on me if I came back . it’s not like there’s not 100 other gas stations in this town. ?????????????? you go girl we hear you roar ? d65

Very neat place, they have really good coffee ☕️?? It’s a small truck stop, easy access by semi-truck to fuel ⛽️ up, very friendly staff, keep it up ??.UPDATE 09/13/2021 great sandwiches and grinders ???

I visited the neighboring stop for the car. SAME spot, really. One side is for TRUCKS, the other is for CARS, sharing the same STORE. ... Very modern, excellent, ... unleaded GAS was the cheapest for miles, on that day. Will come again, when I do not take I 90 to Rockford. MANY THANKS ... ?????? UPDATED 4 Oct 2021 .... Stop here again for gas, took a few more photos for fun ... STILL the CHEAPEST for miles .... ?????? MANY THKS again!
