Our car's catalytic converter was stolen and after a muffler shop replaced it, the check engine light was on. When catalytic converters are stolen, the upstream O2 sensor can also be damaged. The muffler shop was unable to service our upstream sensor. The guys at RPM ran a diagnostic and discovered it was simply a blown fuse. They replaced it on the house. They do great work and always charge fairly. Service is always fast, and David is always friendly at the front desk. They've made customers for life out of me and mine!

Took my car in for an oil change and I got to say, the service was great. They advised on some of the things the car needs as far as service goes without any hassle of getting them done asap. Thank you again and see you guys on the next one.

If you know something is wrong with your car but you don't know what exactly, I think it is a good idea to stop by RPM and talk to them. The guys up front will be able to ask you the right questions and take the right approach to make sure your needs are taken care of. Obviously do not take anyones word 100% without doing your own research, but the guys at RPM provided some information that made me comfortable to trust them with my car. People of RPM Center walked me through a few key things to keep in mind and pay attention to.I had to change oil and do wheel alignment on my vehicle.I stopped by RPM Center twice for a tire patch as well. Luckily I've never had to do any huge repair and most if not all car shops can do what I needed so far, but nevertheless everything I needed was done as promised and well within promised time. They even texted me the next day to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. That's just good service.

My father wanted to drive my car during a family get together. He pulled into the gas station too fast and popped my tire against the curb. Luckily, RPM Auto Center is next to the gas station.In distress, I walked over. The mechanic offered to take a look. He explained that it cannot be repaired, gave me a good rate and had his staff help me replace the tire in a timely fashion. It turns out that he was the owner. It was a hot day and I wanted to limit my parents exposure to possible people/covid. I requested for a courtesy shuttle service to take them home. Their house is within mileage range. The mechanic was swift. It's clear that Mike has a good honest hardworking team.*Few months later, I found a nail in my tire. After calling around I learned that RPM Auto Center has the best value for brands and compatible sizes. Needless to say, I had Mikes' guys take care of it. While I was waiting, Mike and I shared a conversation. It's easily noticeable that he's in the business of helping people versus being in the business of fixing cars to make a significant profit margin. While checking out, the receptionist thoroughly answered my questions about tire pressure and educated me on how having the recommended PSI on the tire helps with gas. Another great experience.*It's time for an oil change. A coupon came in the mail for synthetic oil and after market filter change. Typically, I would have my car maintenanced at the dealership with the belief that they will be the most skilled, knowledgeable and provide the best care. Naturally, I wondered if it would be the same.Being that I have had two good experiences I thought I'd consider going to a mechanic shop. It was then that I became aware that RPM is a FULL SERVICE mechanic shop. I asked Mike if it's better to have an original filter. He shared that, personally, he has not had any problems using after market filters and assured me that they work the same.RPM Auto Center took care of me with unbeatable prices, additional complementary care to minor issues and great service! As a token of my gratitude, I discreetly tipped the mechanic.Since then, I have recommended RPM Auto Center to my family and friends. It sounds cliche but it's true!

My partner and I have been coming to RPM for the last 3 years for both our cars(Scion TC and Subaru WRX). We have older cars, so maintenance is a little more frequent. We are locals to the area and we gave them a shot. RPM has been providing great service for all this time and we will continue to come to them for any car needs. No need to shop around, this is the place. Great service, friendly dudes, reasonable prices and I know I am in good hands.

Went to RPM for an oil change and were contemplating a wheel rotation. A couple days before my boyfriend realized there was a jerk in the steering wheel so he told the workers the problems we were having with my vehicle. They recommended a tire balance and to get the wheel rotation. They explained to us what each means and provided education that I otherwise wouldn't have gotten. Now that's not to say everything stuck in my brain but I can definitely say that my car is working great again. No more issues with the wheel, and car is driving aligned. Thankful for their help.

Mike and Steven! These guys are great. Their prices are very reasonable, they're thorough, experienced, and honest. They have a loyal following of regulars including me for years now for all the reasons just mentioned. Mike, the owner and Steven, his right hand man are great guys who are willing to explain what they're are doing and will answer any questions you may have.They are also willing to work within your budget if you can't afford to have all the recommended work done. They will prioritize the repairs in order to save you some money.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANY AUTO SERVICES YOU NEED!

I've been spoiled by my old mechanic who worked at a dealership for years. Now that I'm unable to work with him, I had to find a new place, so I took a chance on RPM Auto to fix my 2008 Honda CIvic AC before summer. I'm very grateful for their friendliness and professionalism. David was really great over the phone and setting up an appointment for drop off/pick up and Joe was very clear on how they would run the diagnostics, potential issues, and the pricing (which was fair). He also explained that if it was a very deep issue, they'd have to go into the car, which could potentially cost more, which I understood.Turns out it was leaking freon in some valves (nothing very serious that required deep inspection), so that was replaced and got a recharge of freon. Price was exactly as stated based on preliminary diagnostic testing. No upselling. No BS. The team even finished before my 3 hour work shift ended after I dropped off the car! It's been 2 weeks and AC has been running cold and smoothly. I'm going in for an oil change later this week and I look forward to working with them again!

I had a great expereince at this place went in for an oil change and their sales associate Ricky was a wonderful person very smart an answered all my questions and even gave me some recommendations for my car I left there knowing my car was in good hands i would highly recommend this place for all your car needs.

This was a pleasant experience, usually when I get an oil change anywhere else the place is pushy to change every filter. But these guys were really very kind and helpful. I won't be going anywhere else to do my vehicle services.

I've been coming here for several years. Why? Because I've always received good service. They don't try to up-sale me and give me an honest assessment of whatever needs to be done.
