I went in to open an account at 2pm, was given an appt for 3pm, so I came back before the appointed time. Some woman came into the bank, I assume needing a banker, minutes after me and the banker still took her into er office before me. I guess I “looked” like my money wasn’t good enough for their bank. (Yes I'm Black) Thanks for the heads up on opening an account here!

They don't return phone calls. The original paperwork they are asking no longer exists. I can't talk to anyone in their 'Documents Dept' to see what they will accept. Same with branch in Loves Park. Every legal document I've submitted they reject.

Crazy I got charged triple double for using another ATM it went from $3.00 dollars to $12.00 it's very very bad bank customer service is awful.

Did not answer my phone call all morning. I wanted to establish an account with them so after a few hours of no one answering I decided to walk into the branch to see what's up. The employee was very unhelping the banker was sitting doing nothing and they told me I couldn't open an account id have to wait until Monday or Tuesday when a banker was free. They are extremely slow at this branch and employees need to pick up the pace and provide better faster knowledgeable service. PERIOD

We came in to PNC, my father's bank to add us to his accounts as a precautionary measure. Angela took care of us. She was patient and helpful, offering some useful tips about handling finances at this stage. She spent care and time and treated us like very valued customers. Thank you!

They have always been pleasant to work with, the drive-up does take a little long but the ATM works great. They have nice options for students like me including the Virtual/Mobile Wallet feature which is easy to use and helped me understand how to manage my funds.

I don't personally bank here, but my company does. And every single morning I sit in the drive up for a minimum of 15 minutes, but 90% of the time I am here for a half hour. It's absolutely ridiculous. Not only that, but I often have to get change orders and they are constantly shorting me. So after my half hour wait it's another 15 to get that screw up fixed. I would never ever personally bank here and I don't understand how people can.
