I've had great experiences with the staff, Nurse Garcia, and Dr. Khan. (I have not seen either of the DO's.). Please cut the healthcare folks some slack. There are lots of medical staff and doctor shortages everywhere right now, particularly in family medicine. They're overworked. Managed care does not usually allow for long visits. They're doing the best they can.

This occured about 2-3 Months ago . . .The front Desk lady is extremely RUDE, went there with my Wife for her appointment - on both entrance Doors (Exterior and inner Vestibule Door) had a Sign that stated "Masks Optional" Since this was some time well past the time Mask were required anywhere neither of us were wearing or even still had Masks - as we walk in barely one foot in the Door the Front Desklady starts yelling at us that we need Masks - I informed her that's not what the Signs state on the Door - she in a very Rude manner states well thats what Dr. Kahn requires- she hands us 2- Masks continues with her Rude Treatment we get Checked in and sit down - then the front Desk lady goes and with "Drama" takes both Signs down and tears them into pieces in front of us, then huffs her angry Rude self and goes back to her Front Desk. As we leave the Rude and angry Front Desk Lady is sitting there with her Mask around her Chin - I asked her hey what happend to the Mask Policy ? All of a sudden now she has nothing to say.My advice find another Office or provider - this one is clearly not a Patient friendly or pleasant place and obviously allows poor behaviors and are okay with the staff treating Patients poorly.

This place has been a headache for me. Wrong orders submitted on a few occasions. Nurses are very rude with no desire to help. Simple questions are never answered. I had a life threatening lab result (Thyroid TSH of 186, normal is below 5) and nobody ever even called me to let me know. The only reason I know of it is because I saw it on mychart weeks later. Left with a huge bruise and bleeding like crazy after a simple blood draw there. I get my blood drawn elsewhere every 6 weeks and that’s never happened anywhere else. Nurse refused to assist me in a reconsideration to insurance for a medically necessary test. Nurse just kept telling to “take it up with my insurance” and she “has no idea”. wouldn’t provide any other help or information on how to do that. Very frustrating when your doctors office does not care to help you find a diagnosis when you’ve been in chronic pain for 18 months. Happy to be switching

despite the bad reviews, my experience at this physicians office has been pleasant. The ladies at the front desk were kind and friendly, and Dr Sabharwal is an excellent doctor, very kind and helpful and offers wonderful care!!

After reading many negative reviews, I was nervous about choosing a physician there. But...they are very nice people, all receptionists, nurses, and doctors. They answered the phone, and they were very helpful over the phone.

Dissapointed by the service. Always leaves me with more questions than when I came in. With little to no help. They wanna send you out the door as fast as they can. And this is all from the heart. Been going here for a long time. But everytime I go in I only get one thing done if that. And I have many problems!. Fail fail fail

Terrible office staff who answer the phone. Cannot make an appointment through them they push everything off for the nurses who are already over worked. Called to make a second appointment and was asked SO rudely "for WHAT". If you dont like your job then quit, should be fired. Terrible employee and a terrible person whoever worked January 3rd 2022.

Dr. Pamela Garcia gave a loved one a life changing diagnosis then wouldn't test them for it.

I've literally been waiting over a week to get a response on a medication refill, and I've called every single day since then with no call backs to me. Nobody there actually cares about the patients. It's all about the money. Whats OSF's mission? I thought it was "YOU" THE PATIENTS. Unfortunately it is not. Dr. Anthony Molonari and his staff of nurses do not care about their patients what so ever. I am actually going to bring this up to my attorney due to my pain and suffering for over a week!

I'm not sure where the disconnect is between call center and doctors office is but it is a HUGE issue. There's also another HUGE disconnect between nurse and doctor staff. When you are writing in mychart to communicate with YOUR doctor, 90% of the time you are communicating with other staff. So if you are trying to explain something that you and your doctor spoke of at an appointment, the staff whom answers your email does not do any research into finding you the correct information, they act like you, as the patient, have no idea what you're talking about, and they refuse to listen in detail to your side of things. This is the worst service I've ever dealt with for my father who is extremely I'll and I would NEVER suggest anyone to go these people!

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. The way that this office has handled my husband's short term disability paperwork has been nothing short of a disaster. We literally just need them to fill out that Dr. Khan referred my husband to Rockford Spine Center for treatment and they are telling him that they are unable to do so. You're unable; as a Primary Physician; to write down that you referred a patient somewhere? Excuse me? Isn't that what you do? Refer your patients to specialists so they can get the care they need? So on top of finding out I miscarried for the third time this morning, and my husband has an MS diagnosis, now Dr. Khan won't fill out paperwork that he referred my husband to a specialist? The nurses or office staff is beyond rude. They were snarky and kept cutting of my husband when he was trying to explain what portion needed filling out. Yes, my husband was not exactly the nicest either - we've had a rough day. But for the "supervisor" to flat out hang up on him, was extremely uncalled for. (Sorry he said "hell" while talking to your fragile self). We will be hiring an attorney and I really hope that the truth comes out about how incompetent this office is and how poorly your patients are treated. I know this behavior doesn't align with the core values of OSF and I intend to make this right.
