“We were an hour into a road trip (at the start of a holiday weekend of course) and my skid plate came loose on my car. I called Grease Monkey Belvedere and spoke with Eli who was super helpful on the phone with how to get the car over to their facility. I know ZERO about cars and Eli was very patient while I explained what was going on to the best of my ability. We got there and they were so accommodating in getting us in. I was honestly dreading how much this would delay our trip because of the time of day and holiday. We had a car full of stuff and our dogs - I appreciated their patience with us, and omg they were so quick. They took a look at the skid plate and were able to reattach it so we could get on our way safely. Eli was professional and so were the other individuals there. 10/10 service and I 100% would be a regular customer if I lived nearby. “Needed two tires replaced. Staff were friendly and helped me with the skid plate that was hanging off underneath. However the only thing I noticed is the wait time is too excessive for the tasks needed to be done. As I tried to determine why it would take 2.5 hours I noticed that they went from vehicle to vehicle rather than starting and sticking to one vehicle till the task was complete. Overall I was satisfied with the work and the tires are great. I just see that some organization and focus could increase business and decrease customers wait time.”
