They were friendly and very helpful. I had not been able to find any vehicle clothes rods, so I stopped at the Belvidere NAPA Auto Parts. They didn't have any vehicle clothes rods in stock, but they ordered one for me. It came in the same day. The clothes rod was heavy duty, with an anti-sliding texture coating! I really like it!!!

Belvidere napa understands many languages I have even spoken caveman and Juan understands what I need2 liter has always had a solution as well .The whole team does a great job. Even after the refreshing of the store I thought many things would not be readily available.I have not had an issue in same day service as of yet.Great job

So after several interactions, with Belvidere NAPA (two were very negative,)I have decided never again. I know many mechanics use this company but for the individual customer there are other better options. Mechanics get discounts, liberal returns and fast parts delivery. Nice for them Individual customers get none of that. Instead you may experience inferior customer service. Higher prices that are not competitive with your other options. Don't expect them to be helpful if you later have a problem even under warranty. You are not their main customer base. I decided to cut my losses on a failed 2 year old battery and purchase a replacement battery at local repair shop. Including install and a electrical systems check my new battery with a three year replacement (twice the replacement time) was about $70. less than what NAPA wanted for a replacement battery. Bottom line. . You don't expect a battery to fail so soon but it can happen, I saved money in the long run and got the assurance of a system check and installation while spending less , if there is a future problem I think I will receive fairer treatment from a mechanic who values my business and wants to see me again. Belvidere NAPA,,, well they see things differently. Caveat Emptor.
