Kristy was very unprofessional. I entered the building with my girlfriend to purchase snacks and a Tabaco product. My girlfriends ID was Expired, we weren’t able to purchase; understandable..I proceeded to show my ID, since initially the tobacco products were for me. We are both over 21. And she still denied me service.. we are both over 21 and we both had ID’s.

You shouldn't have to wait 15 minutes to get gas just because they have to write down your plates number before they turn on the pump! It happens every time. No I don't want to pay at the pump if I am coming in to get stuff too! This needs to be fixed

Worst gas station ever. I'm 53 years old and keep getting carded every time I go in there. I'm a regular customer and they know me. Tonight they had to scan my drivers license. Only station in town that does that. I'm done. Will never step foot in that place again. They lost lost a customer. Sick of their policies.

I had to put at least a star. The blonde girl working today the 4th at noon was horribly rude. Actually walked out of the building, left her register, to yell at a customer who told her how rude she was. Started screaming I'm not the one. Don't play with me b***** Etc etc. she should be fired. Giving a good company a bad rep.

I love coming to this store! I was in Kelley's Market today after work to grab a couple things for the road home. Tim H. was helping us at the register and he brightened my day! He was so nice and friendly and very kind! The staff is always so kind and friendly went I go there. I go out of my way to come here!

Located at the corner of Logan Avenue and Business 20, this Belvidere, IL, Kelley's Market is open 24 hours daily. It's well lighted at night! The store is large and well stocked and operated by an experienced staff.

I like the gas station, but please put the waters inside. As the heat of the sunlight from being outside causes plastic chemicals to seep into the water. Thanks.

I have been coming to this gas station on a regular basis and i have to say it is a very friendly environment, unlike most places this place is very inviting and clean and i am very proud to say i will keep coming to this place. Thank you for your services. 😊
