I had gone to them when my wife’s stone fell out of her setting and they were 100% concerned and gave her top notch service in getting it put back in the ring. Mitch Busch has set the bar high for customer service and has trained his people who work there the same. Every time I go in there, it is a very casual experience, the sales team is not trying to push something off on you that you do not like or want. Also, their knowledge of jewelry is top of the line. I would not go anywhere else for my jewelry needs.”

“I went in very nervous because I wanted something special and very specific. Klich was so patient with me as I designed and chose each part of the image that would be on the necklace. I was beyond picky. He assured me it would be perfect . In lest than 10 minutes it was done and absolutely perfect as he promised. Klich even gave me a chain to go with it and a great deal on the price as well. I will be a repeat customer for sure. All of the jewelry is beautiful but if you are looking for something customer made you definitely need to go see him.”

I stopped at one of their competitors who sold Citizen Watches in Rockford, in the Cherry Vale Mall, but they didn't know how to repair the battery either. They told me to go around the corner to JLK Jeweler kiosk, "he can do everything " . JLK can. Give them your business!!!!”
