Have been advised to not go to this dealership as they don't live up to their word. Would advise going else where. The GM Brian Bohman is making threats to keep people deposits if you don't leave only good things about their place. Run away!

Every time I've took my vehical there ,the communication has been terrible,and service ,has been so so ,have try to talk to difference people there ,thru phone,text,email ,but still have communication problems,then they want me to give them a 10 star on review from Ford motor company,i dont reccomented this bussiness

Ceasar and Sales Manager Brian made my trading in my car and purchase an awesome experience and they were patient with me through the whole thing. Keith and the whole service department have been wonderful to me each time I need to have my vehicle in for service. They also made sure I wasn't left stranded if my car was left there more than a day. Joe Hamblock even reaching out to me made me feel more than just a customer. The only dealership I trust now. Thank you so much!!!

The best service experience I have ever had!!! I never write reviews but I have to let everyone know how awesome Hamblock service did for me. I bought my Lincoln Navigator used at a dealer over 50 miles away. I had a variety of issues that need repaired and the vehicle was just out of manufactures warranty. Without me asking Keith Brien service rep reached out to Lincoln and got them to repair everything under warranty. An engine rattle on cold start, a usb port, a steering column issue and a gas panel issue all repaired for a mere $100 deductible. The bill would have been $4300. They also let me use a brand new Expedition while mine was being repaired. Amazing. I am now a customer for life.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Hamblock Ford. I live out-of-state and Hannah and Devin made my vehicle order and financing process so easy and straightforward. From clear, prompt communications to troubleshooting some of the delivery logistics, I am so grateful for the professional assistance. It's so simple yet so rare these days, but I feel like they actually cared about me as a customer. As a lifelong Ford owner, I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership for any vehicle purchase.

I was recently charged $85 to replace a valve stem on my tire. this was not one of the late model valves that require more attention, this was a 2018 Edge. Beware of this dealer and their service Dept !!!

DO NOT take your car/suv here for services. Specially if you have running boards. No one took ownership for bending my running board brackets on my MKX while getting service for oil change. I was told “ our rack arms do not mount under the vehicle near the bracket. We do not think that bent bracket is from our lift.” Also was told that they would install a new running board but all they did was bent the brackets back straight and sprayed a protection coat over the brackets. The service dept. gave me $49.85 worth of gas for traveling to the dealership twice within 24hrs time frame for this issue they caused….. SN: one of the service members did admit that basically the service department was at fault when i took my suv back to be inspected. The next day I was told the service depart. did not cause damage to running board brackets.

To start off there have been many small things that were not fixed or we were told “were fine when they looked at them, and worked for the mechanics.”One was we had issues with door not locking the mechanic looked at the latch and it started to work for him. It hadn’t worked for my wife and I for a few weeks. When we picked up the car it was not working, so we ended up getting the part and I did it myself.We have had the “works fuel saver packages” which include 5 quarts of oil, filter, tire rotation and multi point inspection. The tires were not rotated when we got the car back. I was told that sometimes some things get forgot about or looked over because everyone is human. Then I was told I could bring the car back at another time to have them rotated for me. I’m not making another trip to town and wait for something simple that should be done if it’s part of the package.The last straw was when we had some ac leaks. They installed the new seals they said were leaking and still had issues over the next few weeks. Went back to check it out and then all of a sudden we need to replace some lines that started to leak supposedly in the few weeks we had the car. They wouldn’t work with me on the “repair” they made the first time after a misdiagnosis.

Was there Monday for a fix on a repair from last weeks work. Very disappointed as l was charged again for work that should of been done at my service dayI have been going to Manleys since l purchased my vehicle 2015, have always had good service and friendly people. Families been going here for years.Have always had service on my Ford at Manleys. Now it is Hamblobk. First time with new owners and got mistreated.

I wouldn't go anywhere else! From the moment my fiancé and I got into the car lot, Shawn did an outstanding job taking care of us. He was patient, knowledgeable, and very kind. Once we found a car, he helped us with our trade in and with all of our questions. The buying process was much more easier than any other process I've been through at other dealerships. They didn't upsell or force anything on us, Shawn and the finance team were amazing. Lastly, their service team is great!!! Scott was extremely helpful when it came to my remote start being put in and my first oil change on this car. Don't go anywhere else to buy or service your car, Hamblock has all you need with a friendly staff and great service.
