Went in to get a hair cut and blowdry. The blow drying left my hair poofy and frizzy. When I got home to fix it myself, the framing in the front is very noticeably uneven! The woman sounded like she was high. Complained to me that 3 customers walked out while she was washing my hair! Will not be returning.Service: Haircut

Friendly enough staff, but horrible at doing fades on kids. I had to instruct them on what to do. Also left so many uneven layers.Service: Haircut

I took my three kids here to get haircuts, having looked for kids cuts and not finding many options. Admittedly, I have three under 6 so they can be a bit all over the place. However, I found the person cutting their hair to be a bit rude. The cuts took only a few minutes each and were a bit uneven when she finished. The salon was a little unkept as well.

The staff have poor communication skills and rush to get customers in and out of their chair, in my experience. Lack abilities to perform basic skills, such as cut hair on both sides of the head the same length (on a symmetrical cut). Many subpar hair cuts in general. I have no information on color or waxing abilities.

Husband gets his hair cut here - FAITHFULLY - every 2 weeks or so. Wait time is always minimal. Good conversation, and they take their time to get it right (Husband is quite picky about his.. “Do” .. *insert shoulder shrug and eyeroll*)Everyone is GREAT! Color/highlights or maybe an eyebrow wax needed? My girl Lupe works her magic for me every single time!!Can’t say enough good stuff about the staff at Dukes and Lords in Belvidere!
