Will never go back to this place. They’re overcharge for everything.

This was the first time visiting this location. I was disappointed with the communication of the staff. I was given all the pre testing and after while waiting I was told my bill would be $40 more than what I expected based on my plan. I was told the $40 test was not included. When I said I wasn’t interested I was told it would be removed. Spoke with the Dr who went over those test results so I was left to pay it. Seems shady to do business this way. If something isn’t covered by insurance it should be disclosed before it is done.

The eye doctor was great. She was very thorough. Unfortunately, the staff was not like I remember. Last year, I had a great experience all around, but this year I felt ignored, no one offered to help me pick out frames, had to wait after doctor appointment was completely finished and staff got off of the phone before she even asked me about frames. By this time I was exasperated and frustrated and I asked for my script and left. I may have purchased glasses through you. But after the service I received no, thank you anyway. I'd rather take my chances elsewhere and buy my frames and lenses from someone who gives a ....

Didn’t get my receipt and was going to get emailed to me but never got it. Also did not provide details of charges when asked about glasses I had to ask what the charges include and there was warranty charge in there as well as reflective which I did not want . If I did not know better then I would have been paying for something I did not want I do recommend making sure you show detail information to your customer and have them choose how they want there glasses to be as far as reflective etc. They are nice people but just need a little more training. No issues with the doc ? also I did not get my prescription ?

The Optometrist was wonderful, very nice, friendly and funny. The staff was nice also. The only problem that I had was that I was there for an hour and 45 mins. After the eye exam, my son and I found glasses we liked pretty quickly. The problem was that the staff wasn't helping is, or they interrupted our time to go help other people

It was ok… the prices for glass frames and lenses are by far the highest I’ve ever seen in any optical place I’ve been to. I also didn’t like that they tried to sneak in a “comprehensive” eye exam that would require me to pay a higher co-pay instead of my standard $10 co-pay. I just wanted my vision examined, get some glasses and that’s it. The Doctor tried to do a more expensive eye exam where they would have to dilate my pupils. I asked what for ? She said so she can get a better view of my health. I have a PCP for that. I pay them a co-pay too. I had beef trying to get in for an appointment with this place for 3 weeks in a row. Each time I called l, I was placed in hold for over 10 mins. I ended up just hanging up. I was able to get an appointment online. Overall I think there needs to be some discussion about what customers need versus what corporate is telling them to push. Just because we have insurance doesn’t mean you can push things on customers. I feel bad for the people that don’t know and just agree to all their unnecessary exams. I hope they get it together. They wanted $1800 for 2 pairs of glasses. Mind you, I brought my own frames for one pair. Smh.

Very clean and professional atmosphere. I did not feel as though I was just another "quick in, quick out" like some of the other popular establishments. I've worn contacts for decades and this doctor was the first to actually test my eyes AFTER getting the new prescription. Makes sense, but no other place did that for me. Well worth the visit!

Well I had an exam for contacts and glasses and asked for a multifocal and regular distance contacts however that must have not been communicated with the doctor. So I had to go back and when I did they didnt have the sample for the multifocal lenses even though that's why I was going in for the exam. So had to go back again. Now this will be my fourth time going because I wanted the perscritiond and had to order and pay for the regular contact lenses and get my prescription signed for the contact lenses because the doctor hadn't signed it. I was waiting after I had ordered and paid for the contacts. This was on Novemeber 29th. They had my address wrong, I did fill out paper work with my address. So upon ordering I had happen to double check my address because they said they would be delivered to my home. Well it is December 20 th and I still don't have my contacts.. Now I have to go back and get the multifocal contact sample and bring proof that I paid for my co tacts because apparently they didnt have that. I am disappointed that I had to go back so many times. Also when I had went back to get the prescription signed I was awaiting the arrival of the doctor because she was just coming back from lunch. Then a tech asked if I needed help I told I was waiting for the eye doctor to sign my prescription and the tech signed it and wrote tech next to the signed name. Why was I waiting for the doctor? Is that okay? I dont know. VERY DISAPPOINTED
