Denny is so wonderful and caring. He is helping people at a very stressful time and treats them like a friend. He gave us his experienced opinion and made us feel more at ease. As far as the facility goes, it is very secure and we did not worry about our vehicle being there.

Very professional and friendly service. One of my car's steering arms broke while I was in Rockford. Denny came out right away, showed me the problem, let me get pictures for the mechanic, made sure I had my belongings, and carefully towed my car to the mechanic. Worst towing company with poor practices that are illegally partnered with the sheriffs. Denny took my car and blackmailed me to pay 1700$ to get my car back. Then try to get me to write over title plus 300$ just to get my belongings definitely don’t recommend calling for a tow Evan in a worst case scenario. I’d rather get eaten by a bear if that puts it into perspective!!!!!!!!

Best tow company in town! I have used them many times and each time they are very professional, accommodating and kind. Office staff is exceptional! I would highly recommend them. For those who gave a one star - Treat people with respect and they will return the favor. This is a great business!
