Walked in to get a gift certificate, stood waiting for someone to acknowledge my presence but never even received a "hello or someone will be right with you". 3 stylists ignored me for close to 5 minutes, so I left.

I called 3 weeks ago to make an appointment. There was no availability for anytime that week (which was fine), I left my name and number so the receptionist could check with some of the stylists schedules to be able to help me make the appointment. NEVER GOT A CALL BACK.
