I'm very disappointed with this place. I spent almost $600 on repairs i didn't need. They didn't find the issue i brought it in for, then tried blaming it on me instead of properly diagnosing and repairing it the right way. 6 months later, it started leaking fluid from one of the seals they replaced. I can't even tell you how many things they took apart because I'm starting to notice them as time goes by. I would never let them touch my truck again. I initially went here because of the good reviews, but now I wonder if they are legit. Can't even trust reviews anymore.

Be careful with the quality of parts and lack of communications with Altamore. Had my 2018 Silverado brakes inspected before a west coast vacation while getting an oil change in August 2023. Was told my brakes looked fine. During our trip my rear brakes started making noises. Returned to Altamore in late August and was told I need new brakes. Had the rear brakes replaced. In December my brakes again started to make noise. Went to another mechanic and was informed the new brakes were cheap pads and that they had damaged my rotors. Now I have new brakes installed with my new mechanic and am glad this issue is finally resolved. I expect to pay for good/quality parts & workmanship, but not for cheap parts.

I just love the owner, Joe Altamore. He is very friendly, he explains everything in detail and he is funny too! Altamore's is the only shop I will take my vehicles too. I've been going there for years. It's family ran, they are honest, dependable and fantastic at what they do. There is no job too big or small, they will do it all! When you bring your vehicle to Altamore's you can count on it to be done right with no price gouging! Give them a call, you won't be disappointed.
