Nasty bathroom very rude clerk the guy will not put items in bags even when asked touches food items then touches money im surprised no one hasn't gotten sick!!!! Please train your employees proper customer service

Stop here often for gas, food and potty breaks on our way to and from various IL locations. HORRIBLE bathrooms this time... no running water, no soap, no hand sanitizer filthy establishment

I went here tonight to use the ATM machine. Instead of using the ATM machine I find a young man needing medical attention. I asked the store clerk on duty if she knew he was back there. She acted like it was not her problem that he need medical help. So I call 911 and the store clerk is looking at me like I have lost my mind calling for help. The young man was suffering hypothermia. The store clerk just looked the other way.

Ive been going here for years this evening an assistant manager basically called me stupid because she didn't understand my question about rewards after she stated she was the assistant I told her I would talk with the manager to which she replied she was the assistant so I need to talk to her then after making me mad she acted like some kind of authority figure telling me to leave an older woman with no respect needless to say I will no longer go there

I went there around 4:40 something on 3/27 and the slurpees flavors I wanted was down so I decided to buy some candy straws that are 99 cents because they are good and they looked cute and took like two or three of the colorful regular straws. We also continue to buy other snacks when we got the the counter the old lady cashier look like she didn't want to do her job. She then said you can't take the regular straws?? How so? even tho we're still were buying merchandise and obviously couldn't get slurpees it was literally two or three regular straws?? We then chose not the proceed with buying stuff since she was being really rude, when we headed out she then stated " don't come again "? How professional of her to say that when we simply weren't being rude and chose not to buy the stuff cause she was being an absolutely rude and with an attitude. Obviously this did not sit well with me so I decided to go back in and asked for the corporate number then she stated "google it" and then I asked for her name and she would not answer my question at all. Then she got all up my face telling me she will not serve us and will call the cops. Over some straws? And she was the one being with an ugly attitude with her miserable life. This place seriously needs to get BETTER working cashiers with better customer service. She could of easily said nicely we couldn't take some straws? But real question your corporation really getting mad at customers WHO WERE STILL BUYING merchandise take 2-3 colors regular straws? This place if it continues hiring people like her will always have problems and bad reviews. Hope they do better by managing cashiers

Decent fish sandwich that reminds of those fresh from frozen patties. Decent with there current 2 for $4 sandwich deal. Comes with a cheese slice like their burgers but with I’d ask for tartar sauce on them , which they say isn't standard.

Been going here for years seeing as how I live down the block from it, staff is always friendly and has everything you'd expect from a 7/11.
