Phenomenal Customer Service by Assistant Manager Taylor G at Store #07208
I want to take a moment to shine a spotlight on the exceptional customer service provided by Assistant Manager Taylor G. This Christmas season, Taylor truly demonstrated what excellence in customer service looks like and made my holiday merry in the process.
For the past six months, I had been trying to resolve an issue with a promised gift card from Grace, who repeatedly told me to meet her at the store at specific times but never followed through. Each time I arrived, she wasn’t there, and when employees tried to reach her with my concerns, she would brush them off with excuses. It was frustrating and disheartening to feel dismissed despite being a dedicated customer.
Enter Taylor G. He addressed my issue on the spot with professionalism, care, and genuine concern for my satisfaction as a customer. His swift and decisive action not only resolved my long-standing problem but also restored my faith in QuickTrip’s commitment to its customers.
Taylor’s level of service reflects a rare dedication and care that should be recognized and honored within the company. I truly hope his outstanding work and integrity translate into well-deserved growth and success in his career with QuickTrip.

The employees here appeared that they didn't even want to be at work on this morning. I love QT hot food.... There was no hot food....and management was unkind. And the sandwich I did get that was sitting under heat was hard as a rock I couldn't even eat the bottom peace of bread. And everything that was on the roller grill was still not done.

Insanely low gas prices, helpful staff and decent food(for a truck stop). A must is the coffee bar - if the staff has bothered keeping it fresh and full.

I absolutely love this location. First off, they ALWAYS have the cheapest fuel anywhere in the area. Cleanliness of the store is a high priority and it's very rare that you don't see atleast one staff member cleaning while you are there (mopping, wiping off counters, etc.). Special shout out to Aisha who works in the kitchen. Not only is she awesome at her job, her customer service is second to none. She is always super friendly, has a wonderful attitude and is always working hard. I love their giant pretzels with a cup of cheese sauce and ice cream but they have quite a large menu that is very reasonably priced. I also suggest using their app, as there are many great deals to be had. There is a large sign that can be seen from the highway for another gas station that is directly across the street from the QT, which is wonderful since whatever fuel prices are seen on that sign it's almost always a guarantee that QT is anywhere from 10-20 cents cheaper at any given time. Definitely stop by this location if you are in the area.

On Sunday morning 9/8 a very nice man was working the over night shift. I had came in with my friend at 3am and the worker that I unfortunately did not catch his name ( tall light skin male with a cute face) he was very patient and helped us with questions we had. I asked him if the kitchen was open, he said no, a few minutes later he offered to cook us food even though was the only person working. His kindness and generosity made our experience so much better, we can’t wait to come back!! XX

Joshwun and Eva were very nice. They even gave me a free coffee cup and mentioned you can get free coffee as along as you bring your cup. Great customer service skills.

One day the price for a small coffee is $2.31 and the next day same time same place. It’s $2.97. Which one is it? Or is price going to inflate every day? Tomorrow it will be $3.20? What is with the inconsistent prices

Terrible everytime I go in to get something to drink they out of pepsi they out of coke this is getting ridiculous I just stop wasting my time and just go to thortons for drinks and chips

Local station...gas prices are best around. However, the gas lines are chaotic. There needs to be more order. Consider one way in and one way out of pump lines. It will make things go much smoother and people wont get frustrated because someone left their car at the pump blocking others from getting out.
Use cones to regulate flow of traffic.
Fix this before the winter comes!!!
