“Jim helped us buy our Purple Mattress today. We came in knowing what we wanted, both because we already have one Purple and because of some prior research. Jim made some other suggestions based on new available options and didn't try to push the most expensive one. He was also able to get us the Purple foundation and headboard, despite that not being a typical offering of the store. This is our second purchase from this location and we've been happy both times. Also, parent pro-tip: Our 3 year old was able to burn some energy running through the maze of mattresses.”

“The customer service at this store was superb. I’ve been to several stores in Portage,In and Illinois and this was by far the most welcoming store of them all. I called and spoke with Demetrius before coming. He was so pleasant and took his time answering my questions and addressed my concerns. When we arrived to the store we met Angela who was just as wonderful. She took her time to assist us and explain everything thoroughly. She made the entire process a breeze. She was very knowledgeable about the products we were searching for. During this visit we also met the manager who Al was also helpful and very friendly. Overall the experience was wonderful. Great store with good people. I’m so happy we made the commute and didn’t give up on American freight based off the previous experience we had from other stores.”

“I cannot recommend this place enough! I walked into this store on a casual recommendation from a friend for a mattress. I had already done my research on the type of mattress I wanted and the basic cost. I was blown away by the knowledge of the salesperson (turned out to be the owner) and the great prices. They make the mattresses 10 minutes away from the showroom and I got my mattress the following day. I forgot to me took I ordered a special size! If you need a mattress, I don't care if you need a traditional spring, foam mattress, hypoallergenic, or something truly unique. Go see Tim at My Green Mattress!”
“If you are looking at buying any latex bedding product, you need to use this company because a.) they make top quality latex certified products; and b.) they have HANDS DOWN the best customer service I have ever encountered. They genuinely want you to be happy with your product, and they will go to GREAT lengths to ensure your satisfaction. You can tell a lot about a company when/if you have to reach out to them AFTER the purchase. I purchased a 2 inch (soft) latex topper from them. They went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction, and Maya in particular was very helpful to me. They worked with me and they will not give you a hard time if you need to exchange/return. I searched for months for latex bedding and I was torn on who to purchase from. I am so glad I decided to purchase from Sleep on Latex. Top quality customer service is paramount when you are making a big ticket purchase as is the case with bedding products. I cannot recommend Sleep on Latex enough! They are great, and I can assure you that I am SUPER PICKY about who I do business with -as I myself am a business owner. Go ahead and order from them, you will not be disappointed!”
