I went in to shop for mattress and box spring. They got delivered and the man lied about the box spring thickness he was gone give me thicker one that he showed me and the mattress stating it was reversible. Yes, I tested it for comfortabilty while in the store, still thinking that mattress was reversible. When it delivered it was not reversible. I called the store and he said that he told me, no he didn't. And then he had the nerves to devalue my feelings. " If you feel that it's not what you thought. But I told you..."which was a lie otherwise I would not have paid for this set.. I would not recommend this place. Do not waste your hard earned money. Such poor customer service skill. He wanted to argue with me. Very disappointed!!
