Incredibly slow and terrible customer service. It's also nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone in the phone so you're pretty much stuck going to the store and then waiting in line until someone can get to you. I really hope the corporate headquarters can provide this store with better staffing and resources sometime... read full comment
