I never leave bad reviews but I have to say something about this experience. I get gel pedicures all the time throughout the summer. This was my first time here. My pedicure costed me $57 and I did tip. But only three toes were filed. I was never asked anything throughout as well. Also, when the UV light was used it was taken off after like 20 seconds or less and not allowing the full cure time. The paint is already chipping. I’m not sure what the rush was as it was empty. This place is beautiful and very clean but quality of services isn’t there. Thank you.

The service I received was sub par for the deluxe mani and pedi. My feet were half done and they feel the same as when I went in. My nails don’t look good either. I won’t be going back.

I've never seen so many empty nail stations and encountered so many rude and unfriendly employees in one place. It's unbelievable! The lack of social skills displayed by the staff is simply unreal.

There is a huge numbers game going on here. Prices are slashed on the services menu, but then there has been a price increase above the discounted prices. There is an extra fee added to your service for their recent renovation (?). They routinely send out coupons via text for 10-15% off. When it's time to pay the manager or owner mentally calculates your discount in his head. When I showed them my coupon for 15% off, I was told "I gave you 10%." It is not the same salon it used to be. Every time I go there is an entire new staff. Some with English so poor it's difficult to express to them what you actually want done on your nails. My last few fills the tech was rough with my fingers and my nails were uneven. I paid for the upgraded pedicure with extra massage time but I don't think I got it. The woman in the pedicure chair sitting next to me had her phone on speaker for 30 minutes with a baby crying on the line. I finally asked her respectfully to turn the speaker off. She became very nasty with me. The staff should have stepped in and done that. As a customer, it's my right to enjoy my experience. The vibe is very rushed. Same sad story. Prices skyrocketing and quality tanking. I'm not able to relax here anymore. I won't be returning and I'm looking for a new salon.

The people at West Belleville Nail Spa in Belleville Illinois are wonderful and very gentle. I have used many and I have tried this location and I have only been going to them for a year now and have never had any problems. Thank You West Belleville Nail Spa.
