my online order was delay for pick up. once I received my offi notification, I notoes WM I was w route and check-in as required. After waiting 1.5 hours, It wasn't until my 3rd complaint to finally get my delivery to my vehicle. my order was dropped on the way to my car- because two cases of water were on top- of the order. so a whole column of Bins fell on the ground. My ice cream was melted and I was missing 7 items (around $40) Worth of grocery. I went inside to complain to (Team Lead Roberto fromThe deli/bakery) and his response was I am going to look for more employees to help. like youre a team lead and don't have a walkie? So here I am sitting on the Walmart bench the next day- waiting to talk to Dan- store manager. Hope he can give me my money back. It suck's this is the Walmart closest to our Military community. i don't even blame the Jr. employees- this is all mismanagement and only proves that Walmart on Greenmount Manor, in Belleville IL doesnt invest in leadership, customer service training, or their employees/guests. i guess when you're a big brand, job security doesnt affect the corporate guys.

I was in the Belleville Gr. MT. Commons location, and went to the Vision Center to get my eye exam. I had great service from the worker named Logan! She was very friendly, helpful, made sure the new glasses I tried on were very comfortable, compared measurements from my old glasses to the new, and more! She was even multi tasking and answering calls too cuz it was a busy time of day. She offered to also tighten my old glasses cuz they are a bit loose from being old. Anyways, I wanted to give them a great review! I plan to come back for all of my Vision needs. Thank you Logan! :)

I was leaving the Belleville Walmart around 8:00 tonight (8/19/2 and had parked next to a cart corral. Two guys were trying make the turn down the isle with an approximately 60 ft chain of carts. They had the first 1/2 to 1/3 of the isle completely blocked for almost 8 min. As I was putting groceries in by back door, I felt my legs being squished. With each cart that was making the curve, it pushed the cart corral further towards my car. I kept saying "Oh, Oh" louder and louder because it was painful , until one of the guys finally realized I was pinned. He watched me struggle to grab the last few items from the far end of my cart, but only paused his quest for a moment. I barely snaked my way out from between my car and the door where I was pinned. He asked if it was against my car and I told him there was less than 2". So at the age of 64 I had to crawl across the counsel from the passenger side to get behind the wheel. They kept adding carts to make the turn and the corral was now pressed against my back door. I could feel the bump as each cart turned the corner. I thought for sure that they would come back and move the corral, but NO! A lady asked me if the corral was up against my car and then yelled to the guys, "Hey, you need to come and help this lady! She can't get out!" They ignored her the first time, but 1 guy came and moved it about 5" so I could squeeze out after she yelled again with more anger. I don't believe I have ever seen such rudeness and negligence for the safety of people, possible damage to cars, and disregard for the time of everyone who could not get out for nearly 8 minutes. I tried to call the store several times; but if you needed to talk to a person, it just rang and rang and then went to a busy signal. They also have the worst pick-up experience of any Walmart in the area. The last time I did a pick-up, I checked in that I was on my way when I was notified that my order was ready. I was 17 min away and still had to wait over an hour for my groceries.

Worst experience of my life at this Walmart! Avoid all Walmarts in this local area they all are terrible!!!! We have 4 small kids all under 5 in the car and was hoping to do a quick pick up for dinner. Rude service when asked if we could come in store to pick up vs waiting for 17 cars in front of us when we had maybe 4 bags to grab, transferred to no one when told about the issues and then magically our order was picked up when we were NOT even at the store! We will never shop here again and would advise others of the same..

Grocery pick up is incredibly incompetent. We’ve been waiting here in the pickup spot for 30 minutes and no one has brought the order out. The phone number on the pickup spot goes to a voicemail that no one answers. Walmart is only a little cheaper than the local Target, just go their. Target is fast and efficient with their pickup orders.

Make sure you budget plenty of time to checkout. There are two speeds there: slow & slower.

Everything I shop at this Walmart ,#201 I can't find a electric cart. One day they had a door open and I looked in and saw at least 9 electric carts . They were right behind the pharmacy, I also heard that the manager said he doesn't want electric carts by the pharmacy entrance, only at entrance to the food part . And when I walk through Walmart I only see 3 or 4 electric carts operating. So what's the problem. Now I go to the checkout it's always loaded with people, a long line and 1 isle open. There's always self checkouts and there's a line for the self checkouts. I guess you're to cheap to have more electric carts . Or put more open more checkouts. It's no fun standing in line for 35 minutes most of the time I'm shopper I'm not the only one who thinks that you're cheap . I need a cart because of my legs and back hurts me to much to walk. Guess I'll find a another store where the manager helps the people and not line his pockets bonus money. Sorry that's the way I feel, and I get mad at Walmart for screwing the people .good bye.

It's Walmart so 20 available registers BUT ONLY 3-4 are actually open! It looks as prices went up but customers fastest route to the exit is using the Self Service lane which is also the longest line but at least it has more working registers, go figure! Leave it to Walmart to figure out ho to charge more for products but offer less employees and registers to be opened as customers bag and check themselves out! Well I bought an item probably around 5:30pm the item didn't fit so I took it back in to exchange it for a bigger baby gate. Well guess what, the damn customer service counter closes at freakin 7pm!! I was unable to make the exchange unless I wanted to head in before work as they open at 7am. Doesn't walmart close at 10 or 11pm? So why the heck would the customer service counter close Hours Before the store itself closes? Simply the most ridiculous timing ever!! Just so ya'll know, I without knowing they close at 7pm was back there by 7:10pm and the short blonde hair lady who's apparently the manager still wouldn't let me make the exchange...so I went to Target bought their most expensive baby gate (by the way their Customer Service counter was still open at 9pm) and did a return on the gate from Walmart instead of an exchange!! I work too hard for my money to be inconvenienced by a simple exchange and customer service not being available....but hey it's Walmart when is customer service actually offered by any Walmart employee after you've hunt one down?

I have had 2 bad experiences with the Wal Mart on Greenmount Road in Belleville, IL. I got a message that said my order was delayed. I was supposed to pick it up between 6-7. At 6:20 I called Customer Care. They called into the pick up department and reassured her that they were putting the order together as she spoke to them. I tried calling myself, but of course no one would answer the phone. The customer care lady told me to wait and I would receive an email when it was ready, At 7:30, of course, no email. I called Customer Care again because the customer pick up would be closing at 8. They said my order would not be fulfilled because it was close to closing time. I then proceeded to ask the Customer Care Rep. for a manager or someone I could speak with about this issue. She stammered around and could not give me the name of someone I could talk to. They offered me $10 for my aggravation!!! They do not tell the truth and I will never step foot or support this store again!!!

We just left the Belleville Walmart and the customer service is a zero. No carts for anyone on either side of the store. My husband went out got several carts and brought them back in for some elderly ladies that were needing carts. No one cared that there were no carts and that carts were being used over and over with no one sanitisizing them. Shelves are poorly stocked, and no manager to be found. I just remembered why I mostly shop at Target. If you want a good experience shop elsewhere.

This particular store has a major service issue. I've ordered online from this location three times, and all three times I've had issues with items missing from my order. Once because they left out an entire box, and leaving me with about a dozen items I had to go to the grocery store and purchase. This last time they tried to send me home with a package of turkey that was opened and left off three items that I was able to walk into that store five minutes after I got my online order and purchase. So they were there, the employees just didn't bother to get it. I've spoken with two different managers and an assistant manager, all of which have given me all excuses and no solutions. "It's a high-volume store. " I used to order from the highest volume store in the entire state of Arizona since they first offered online order pick up. This only started happening here, in Illinois, when I shop at this particular store. "They pick up online orders overnight, so maybe your items weren't in available then. " So if they weren't available overnight, but are available a few hours later when I come to pick up my order and then walk into the store and find the same item that you left off, that means you either have a stocking problem or a purchasing problem. Either way, it's a problem. When I spoke to an assistant manager earlier today when they not only left off three items that I later found in the store, but had to replace a package that was open that I didn't notice until I got home, they didn't even bother to get my name or even the time I picked up my order. They were obviously not interested in looking at or solving the problem they have at this one store. I'll only shop here as an absolute last resort, which is a shame because this is the closest location to my new place. But the employees will only care as much as the managers do, and it is very obvious the managers do not care if I have a good experience at the store or not. Just to be perfectly clear, this is hands-down the worst experience I've ever had at any Walmart, and it's happened three times in a row now. The store is fine, but the management is awful. And the employees are worse.
