If I could give 0 stars I would! The male pharmacy technician in the drive thru did not even attempt to resolve insurance billing issues before passing the responsibility to another pharmacy. After the male informed me that he was having trouble processing the RX claim, I asked him what was needed in an effort to collectively fix the problem, and I was not given a straight answer. Then I inquired about a possible transfer to another pharmacy and about how long the transfer would take, and the technician replied, “I don’t know.” I stepped out of line in an effort to obtain additional information I assumed was needed to process the RX claim and after several minutes returned to speak to the same man who stated that he had already completed the transfer. He transferred the prescription without first confirming with me the address of the new pharmacy or if the medication was even in stock at the anticipating pharmacy! Only to arrive at the receiving pharmacy to find out that Walmart Pharmacy never completed the transfer, causing an even bigger mess. I’m a pharmacy technician myself and I would never send a patient on a wild hunt for medication without first making sure that I’ve exhausted all other options. Terrible customer service. I will not be using this location ever again and will be warning those I care about.

I want to thank the entire team! Everyone is expertly knowledgeable and well informed in medicine and it's processes. The bestand most important is how kind and caring each and everyone consistently is. You are special and have great management and leadership within. This may be over the top but we thank you and love you tremendously.Best,The Peoples family

I NEVER EVER have problems from the staff. Been going to this one ever since they were on Carlyle Ave. That's over 13 years. They always nice. I see others say they are not nice. Maybe the customers are the ones who are not nice.

It would be nice if they were open when they say they are. Closed on Saturdays? Really?

Great pharmacists, friendly staff...... But they close randomly and have very unfriendly hours and scheduling. Some people have meds they depend on and who knows what Wal Mart will do with their hours! A real annoyance. Welcome to 2020!!!

This review is not for the pharmacy it is about Walmart it did not come up. When I came, a few days ago, I saw a few suspicious teen girls walk extremely fast right ahead of me. They had full back packs and did not even buy anything. After I left Walmart I decided to call and talk to a manger about that and I couldn't reach anyone after being but on hold for twenty minutes so I hung up. I called again and was on hold for five minutes so I just hung up and forgot about it.

My complaint is when you would prefer to go through drive through but that is closed. I wish the drive thru reception was better. I hate giving out private information and having to tell it😕

's best to go late at night. No one is there and you have the whole entire store to yourself. They are stocking the shelves but it's not a bother. You actually have the opportunity to see new things being put out, and other things you need are being refilled, which are out when you go during the day!

My husband and I switched from Walgreen's because they are so expensive. We have never had problems at the Belleville Pharmacy..well except for their drive-thru being closed quite a bit. They have always gone out of their way to be helpful here. There has been a couple occassions that they were out of stock on a prescrption, but they always have it the next day or if they have some pills in stock they will give you a partial on it to hold you over until the rest come in. People shouldn't wait until the day they are out of medicine and then get mad at the pharmacy that their out of stock for a day or two. Most insurance companies let you refill a few days prior to your prescription running out. That way if they are short, you won't completely run out until it's filled.
