Had questions about covid testing, the rep was so quick to dismiss me over the phone. I said that I had questions and the response I got was "What's up?". Really? Phone etiquette isn't hard, please train your staff.

Made an appointment online for a COVID and flu shot. Showed up and I still had to wait 45 minutes to get my vaccines, despite filling out all of my paperwork online ahead of time. Their pharmacy is incredibly understaffed, so unless you are prepared to wait, I recommend going elsewhere for your vaccines.

Horrible customer service by the whole pharmacy staff. I’m disabled, and can’t drive. When I got there the pharmacist said she was going to lunch in 10 minutes and I’d have to come back. I explained the situation and it made absolutely no difference to her. I have an endless list of complaints here

Don't go here for flu or covid or any shots. Made Appointment and guess it really doesn't mean anything. Sitting around for over 20 + minutes. Bunch of people waiting and no sense of urgency. So what's the point of making an appointment????

Went for online scheduled covid shots. They were not even ready! Ran about an hour behind. and ridiculous plan on a wait!! Good service though.

Yesterday I was informed by his school my boy needed a shot or he couldn't return to school. I tried Scott AFB but they didn't have the shot. So I called Walgreens by Circle K in Shiloh. Near where I live. I was told they had the shot and I asked if I could do a walk in. They said come. I arrived and to my joy there was virtually no one there in line. I was not greeted with a smile. I asked about the shot and the guy asked the lady who administers the vaccines and she said they did have it. I told them I was the one who called. They asked if I had an appointment? I told them they said I could walk in. So to be cooperative I scheduled for the first availableat 4pm. It was 2:45 so I had to wait. I asked what their zip code was so I could schedule for their location. Using the zip code they gave I did schedule We waited and about 3:45pm I noticed it said to check in 15min prior. So I went to check in and they said you dont have an appointment here. I showed them my confirmation on my phone and they told me it was for the one by Belleville East HS. They said they would call that location and let them know I would be late rather than serving me. I really didnt want them to serve me anyway after being treated like a low class nobody. Note there was no one waiting in line or picking up anything except the drive thru so they could have served me. They even saw my son and i were patiently waiting all that time. So my son and I rushed to the other Walgreens and I informed them I had an appointment for 4pm and the other Walgreens said they would call. Well no call came in and they were not aware of our arrival. At any rate we was served there very courtesy and despite being late we were treated like humans and greeted with a smile. Oh and they happened to be black people. The first location were white. Hmmm is this a race thing? You tell me.

For multiple times now they hav cancelled our medicines with only an in house policy which has left us scrambling to fill. Unnecessary stress and horrible customer service.

Please allow 5 to 7 minutes per car ahead of you at the pharmacy window + yourself as our staff is easily confused and we're not managed very well...we need more training...

Noora at the register was extremely helpful and courteous while helping me find my items. Not only did she help me, she walked to me where my items were located in the store. Very nice of her.

Dropped a prescription off at 4 pm. Went back at 7 pm, prescription not filled yet. Wasn't filled before they closed. Went back today at 945, still had to wait for them to complete the process.
