If you have an urgent health need for prescriptions, DO NOT GO TO THIS SPECIFIC WALGREENS. You will be given incomplete orders without explanation, incorrect pick up times, poor communication and negligent service. The techs and pharmacists are responsible for this dangerous store. Unless you have NO other option, get your prescriptions elsewhere.

Great experience. My medicine is on back order. Amy looked around and then called the Walgreens that had some in stock. Awesome service. 10 stars for Amy!

Some of the pharmacy ppl are amazing and that's why I stay. But the store workers are literally useless and just won't help you. Today had to sit and listen to 2 employees take how much they hate people. Nice customer service. GOD help you If need anything they sure won't help.just sad the quality has went down soooo bad here and the parking lot is ALWAYS filthy.

We needed assistance with copying some photos. Tiara stopped what she was doing and gladly helped us. We were impressed with her printing knowledge. She is very personable and professional. It was quite apparent to me that Tiara was genuinely interested in my Walgreens customer care experience.

This is in regards to the Pharmacy Department Only:Patients filling Prescriptions BEWARE! This location has been short filling some prescriptions and not telling patients about it, as well as not double checking their counts. Especially with Narcotic medications. I've talked to the manager Lisa about this and how one of our RXs was SHORT FIVE (5) Pills which most be counted at the doctors office each month, in which my mother and patient gets in trouble for if the count is off. Lisa told me she would be informing the pharmacy staff to double check their counts and leave a notation when the head pharmacist Brian returns. Make sure to have your Prescriptions recounted in front of you when you pick up to verify what the bottle says is supposed to be in there to ensure your not being shorted!Gave 2 stars instead of 1 because they did correct the issue without hassle when they discovered the bottle was short, and it was the correct amount on the redo of the RX, and the manager was on her way to talk to the pharmacy staff as I was leaving. I also earlier informed the guy which was handling my mom's RX that they could be liable for legal action if this continues, because who knows how many people have been shorted life saving or quality of life medications because of miscounts or worse yet, theft. I will continue to have them recount my family's RXs in front of me at time of pickup and URGENTLY advise everyone else do the same, especially for pain medications and even more so for narcotics.

There was a white man who happened to be the cashier on the night of 10/22/23 at 10pm. He followed me to the back of the store as if I were stealing. Made slick comments to the other white cashier as if I was going to steal. Very rude & disrespectful

Terrible customer service. My walgreens didn't have my medicine in stock. This has happened occasionally lately. I call the other ones to see if they have it. I've done this many times. I called another walgreens before this one and had my question answered no problem.I called this store and the person refused to do her job. She would not tell me anything at all and refused. I will go without my medication before I step foot in this store again.

Vary pitiful that the pharmacist can't mix up a perception for my child that needs it. Was told that only the over night pharmacist mixes compound medicine.

I hate this pharmacy with a passion...they act as if they're the ones assigning prescription to people... they're very undermining and rude...if you can... steer clear of this place...I just called and asked about some prescriptions I had..the pharmacist hung up on me.. because she apparently couldn't hear me..this place is a joke..

The drive-thru sucks. Moves so slow..Employees shouldn't be dealing with a customer, if it's confusion on prescription. They should be told to come inside, to keep the flow of the drive thru...

I use the 24 hour Walgreens in Belleville as the other locations the waiting times are really ridiculous. I don't completely blame employees, but either management or corporate should staff the stores appropriately.

Awful place. Had a fractured finger and needed to turn in my prescription so they could start getting it ready; so all they needed to do was take a piece of paper and ask me to wait 15 minutes. Instead she was the rudest/ slowest woman I've ever met that acted green along with all the new employees. She was a older woman and after waiting 50 minutes!! Without being helped at all, I went next door the the schnucks cvs next door, and was taken care of with prescription in hand within 20 minutes. AVOID THIS WALGREENS, full of ratchet employees that dont care about anyone but themselves.

I work at a dental office. I was calling in a prescription for a patient. I spoke with Chris in the pharmacy. He was extremely rude for no reason. He didn’t like the way I had phrased something and instead of correcting me lightly, he almost scolded me for it and made me feel incompetent
