Skylar (not sure spelling) is the best Verizon rep I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with in my entire time with Verizon!! If you need anything Verizon related this is the place and he is absolutely the best recommendation in my opinion!! As long as I live here this will be the location I frequent.

Calling out SKYLER the world's worst "salesman" for being not only extremely unprofessional and rude but for trying to scam my friend by charging her for services she ALREADY paid for! Don't worry SKYLER, your condescending behavior will be not just posted here, but escalated to upper management so that you can see how it feels to be treated like dirt and then nonchalantly shooed out the door like worthless trash. Worst "salesperson" ever, this independently owned Verizon needs to reevaluate their sales team and fire this guy, unless you want more bad reviews and lost business!!!

I was there asking for help with a problem with my phone. The guy told me that he gets paid to sell phones, not to answer questions. I asked him what happened to customer service and he said I could get that by calling the company. I said "don't you have customer service anymore "? He said, "I don't get paid enough for that". I'm elderly so I don't understand some technology. I need to be shown. He was very arrogant. I've always had very helpful experiences there, but not this time.

I have always received such great service at this location! Be sure to ask for Darla. She is a GODDESS of the information superhighway and always provides such amazing and professional service. It's so obvious that she cares about her customers and strives to ensure they receive the best service possible! Russell Cellular is so lucky to have her as an employee and we as customers are so lucky to have her as our go-to expert on all things wireless! Thank you , Darla!

Worse place in the world to purchase a phone!! They are rude and could care less about answering questions you may have. I’m not getting messages from Verizon plus needed a new SIM card. They can’t help you because they aren’t a Verizon store?????? Left that store and went directly to Verizon in FH. In that time I received an email from Verizon saying my pronouns had been changed. FH said it had to come from that store. She had no right to do that! I’m still trying to get through to Verizon and no luck so far. Went there today for the last time and the guy was watching a blaring TV. Not professional at all. Stay clear of this mess!,

We just switched phone carriers less than a week ago to Verizon. Bought three new phones and a home internet. Darla set us up. Two days later realize there is no voicemail service. Go back in to store to have Darla troubleshoot. She asked permission to reset my phone and told me it would only reset things like my “Home Screen/Lock Screen photos”, so I agreed. She was wrong. So wrong. I got home to realize that it also wiped out ALL my personalized phone settings. My passwords no longer worked, every app on the phone needed reset and needed all passwords reentered manually, it also wiped out all of my programmed alarms, which included my sleep/waking alarms. I didnt discover those until I was late for work this morning, Siri, appleID, all of it. Completely messed up my phone. I wont be going back to that location ever. I believe she did it intentionally as a vindictive move, i only say this because during our initial phone set up, she bragged about how she has messed with customers and added erroneous charges to their accounts or shuts off their service altogether for the petty crime of leaving with a pen from her desk.Don’t trust what she tells you. She doesn’t know that much about phones like she pretends.Edited on 6/16 to include that im just learning (because Verizon didn’t disclose it upfront) that they charge extra for caller ID!! What a scam!!!!! Im going back to AT&T. Verizon is awful. Not impressed even a little bit.

Save your time and go to an actual Verizon store. This is just an authorized retailer that can’t actually solve issues.After visiting to get 2 phones and an Apple Watch set up on Verizon, both the phone and watch are not able to receive calls. I paid them $200 and am just left with endless phone calls to Verizon and only one phone that is able to send/receive calls.

The lady I had was rude. If you don't like your job get something different. Only one case available for my phone and was outrageous price. Cannot find anything comparable on Amazon, had to go to this store. When my contract is up I will be changing carriers. So sick of Verizon, their prices and rude workers.

Representative greeted me as I walked in the door. Friendly and helpful in providing product information to help with mobile/cell phone screen and case choice options. Didn't have the case or screen protector I needed for my particular phone, but did provide helpful info and offered to order product for me. I declined and opted to purchase it elsewhere but I appreciated the feedback and assistance. Will patronize this business again, if needed.
