I would like to first start by saying that Sunnie and Valerie are two of the most professional people I have met. From the day I reached out to them communication was great. They both listened to my vision, asked questions, responded timely to emails and was patient when I had changes.Not only was my vision executed to perfection but the additional details that Sunie and Valerie added to incorporate my daughter’s personality was top tier. Her Sweet 16 was a priceless moment that even brought tears to her eyes when she walked in to see the final results.I can’t thank them enough for giving me a piece of mind during the entire process and I look forward to booking at their venue for future events. Five stars across the board!

What a night to remember! Everything was absolutely beautiful. We were looking for a night of elegance for our grandmother who was turning 95 and Venue Arcade went above and beyond our expectations. Not only was the venue beautifully decorated and super clean but the staff was extremely professional and top notch organized throughout the event planning phase up until the day of our event. We are so impressed with the professionalism, patience, timeliness, creativity, and expertise of Sunni, Valerie, and their staff. We will definitely be having our next event here. The best part of it all is that our grandmother stated “ I really liked that place.“ Her comment further validated our experience! Mission accomplished! I highly recommend that you choose Venue Arcade for your event!

We used Venue Arcade for a bridal shower and everything was absolutely perfect. None of the wedding party lives in the St. Louis area anymore so we had to do a lot of communicating and planning virtually. We were able to tell the staff what we wanted and they executed to perfection. The bride literally cried when she walked in. The energy of space is peaceful and beautiful so that always makes events better. I’m sure we will be using Venue Arcade for future events because of the outstanding experience we had with long distance planning. We know we have nothing to worry about!

I just recently had my 1st baby shower at the Venue Arcade and it was above and beyond anything I could have asked for. The space was nothing short of AMAZING. Yes, you can just rent the space, but I highly recommend you using their decorating services as well. Every guest couldn’t stop talking about how breathtaking the space looked. Thank you Sunny and Valerie for making this experience more than memorable for me and my husband. We’ll be back I’m sure!!!!!

We had our 45th Class Reunion at The Venue Arcade and it was da bomb! The staff was first class. They communicate well and they made sure we had everything we needed to have an awesome reunion. The Venue is very spacious and it accommodated our #120 guests with plenty of room for dancing. The rest rooms are roomy and decorated nice. The decor team is the best. You think of the ideas or they can help you create the look you want. I would definitely plan another event at The Venue Arcade.

Booking with Venue Arcade for my son and daughter’s college graduation party was the best decision I could have ever made. The Venue was spacious and very clean. Sunnie and Valarie’s customer service was so amazing, they were so accommodating and very professional. When I walked into the venue, I cried because I was overwhelmed with how beautiful the decor was. They had exceeded my expectation. Don’t hesitate to book Venue Arcade and they’re in house decor team, rest assured you won’t be disappointed.

Attended an amazing party here for the launch of a new business. The staff, catering, bar, decorations were all amazing and well thought out. The balloon decorations were so impressive we hired them to help us do an beautiful arch for a birthday party the following month. The ladies at Venue Arcade can help with all aspects of your events which is so convenient....and most importantly at a great price.

Venue Arcade did NOT disappoint at all! Sunnie and Valerie did an AMAZING job! Their venue is gorgeous and by far one of the nicest and largest venues for rental in the area. The customer service was on point every step of the way. They were very accommodating to us. The venue is very clean including the bathrooms. They offer in-house design and decorating and the design execution was everything. Ms. Sunni had a vision and told us to trust them. We did and it came together beautifully. They were both very professional and kind throughout the entire process. Their staff worked very hard to make sure they gave us and our guests the best experience! I reserved this event space for my son's graduation party. Let's just say, the venue as well as the owner exceeded my expectations. The space is clean, renovated, spacious and the owner is very accommodating. If you're looking for an event space, don't look any further. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

This venue is AMAZING , the space was more than I could have asked for. The venue was spacious, clean, modern, could be used for any kind of event. The media wall & amenities were amazing , the staff’s hospitality was phenomenal. I would recommend this venue to anyone. We had a a blast ! Thank you ladies soooo much ??
