I'd rather deliver my mail by feet half dead than to trust this post office with anything. At least I know it'd get to the destination rather than disappear into a black hole with no answers.

Here we go again. Had a package their own website said was out for delivery. Ok. I live in an apartment complex and next message said they had no access to delivery location. I was home at the time and there was no problem getting to my apartment or mailbox. They obviously found a way to deliver several pieces of junk mail. So tired of this post office.

So I come here very frequently to get my packages and/or mail. This older white guy at the counter took my info then came back with my package and asked for my I.D. I deliberately watched a white guy before me pick up packages and mail without showing I.D. Very interesting but then again not so much . Racists make my skin crawl. Almost every single employee as well as the manager are black lol. This is an absolute disappointment in this day and age. Something tells me this isn't the first time he has done this .

The postal carriers keep putting my mail in my neighbors mailbox. I live in a house with the address CLEARLY marked right on my mailbox.

This and every other branch of the Post office is a joke. You package is coming Saturday, no wait...Monday...no....we don't know when it's coming because we're too incompetent to figure it out.
This country would be better off going back to the damn Pony Express.

I had a Priority Mail Express (1-day service) package shipped to me on Thursday, March 28, and scheduled delivery on Friday, March 29, by 6 pm. It arrived in St Louis at 8:30 am. on the 30th. There is still plenty of time for delivery, even if it was on the 2nd day. It arrived and was being processed in Belleville on March 30 at 2:52 pm. It just now gets loaded on a truck for delivery on April 1st at 10:15 am. 4 days for a 1 day service!!! If it's not delivered today, I'm going above the local post master with this.
My family have always used the USPS for package delivery because of their punctuality and lower prices. However, we will be using FedEx or UPS from now on. After reading the reviews of various USPS locations, I feel we're making the right choice. Do yourself a huge favor and switch services.

My husband and I are waiting for an insurance check that should have come Saturday and it did not. The guy that delivered our mail put it in someone else's mailbox and now we have to figure out what to do. I just wish that these YOUNG mail delivery people would take responsibility for their jobs and not just put mail anywhere and just READ the mail and the deliver it to the right address. This is ridiculous. This is not the first time that this guy has messed up our mail. ?

Mail man has been reported for throwing my boxes and causes damage but yet he still does it. my wife tried to wave him down cuz she watched him on the door ring camera and he chucked it and RAN then on the back way ( we live on a dead end ) he would NOT look at her waving his way but she said he heard her ask to stop throwing our stuff. some white kid super rude but the other black kid always so polite sets it up correctly neatly and just does his job the way it should be. I dont understand why keep someone who cost you money he obviously cant only be doing this to my family. Hire better folks and fire the ones who need it ! Its mid holidays and hes ruining ppls things kids stuff ect poor management

I ordered a Temu package for my expecting daughter and grand children a few weeks ago. I was excited when I received a message saying my package had been delivered. But to my disappointment there was nothing left on my porch or in my mailbox. I went to the post office on Dutch Hollow and asked for the supervisor. He went to the back and returned with the shocking news that my package had been delivered to the wrong address. He told me he would send the carrier back to the house it was mis delivered to and call me back that night. No call. It was now Veterans weekend so I had to wait until Monday with no information on my package. I called on Monday and Tuesday and I stopped by there on Wednesday. All they kept telling me was they were trying to retrieve the package but had no luck. It’s over a week at this point and after the last call to the post office, I was told to file a claim. They were very unprofessional, uncaring and not interested to assist me further.

Closes at 6:30 Monday thru Friday? Don’t believe it. I was there at 5:45 to pick up a package. Employee virtually kicked everyone out at 6:00. Yes, sign on door said 6:30.

Unprofessional post delivery servicemen or women. They are not doing good service to elderly & putting others mail in
my mailbox on numerous occasions. If they don’t want to do their job correctly, then, find other jobs.
