The hours are wrong. They do close at noon but a second shift comes in at 3:30 to 6:00 p.m. thanks for the correction I fixed it still a great place super friendly people way better than the actual UPS store.

This place is an absolute joke! The worst company I have ever worked for! Shorted me in pay every week I worked there and then disqualified me after asking about earnings owed to me for weeks. I was told by other employees that they fired another employee for filing a grievance for wages owed to him for months of work. Now, after asking about wages owed to me today, they changed my status from layoff to cleared. I have been asking them for weeks where my back pay is and nothing has been done.
But when you make them mad for asking about it they can delete you from the system within hours. Management previously told me that he had to keep me in layoff status or they probably wouldnt pay me. So now, the changed it to cleared just hours after the conversation I had. Photos will be posted of the conversation in review.

Sick and tired of people not doing their job . To many late deliveries only excuse they always say is drivers fault . Which it's all over the shipping , receiving and each ups terminals it goes threw . I'm so tired of hearing drivers fault etc I use to be a owner operator truck driver for 25 yrs . Get the business in gear take your own responsibility .

Ordered flowers from Amazon that were to be delivered on Thursday (5/16) from the location. When I checked the order status it showed “canceled” and the reason provided was “resident rejected delivery” which in itself is false. Why would you have any interaction with a resident? Also the resident in question never even had interaction nor saw UPS. There’s no trace of this package to be found, so either the driver was lazy and dumped the package or stole it for himself.

My son was hired 2 weeks ago did all the hire paper work had a start date and then sent an email saying they gave the position to someone else the date before his start date. He let his job go of 2 year for this and the recruit center has no answers for him except they hired someone a week prior and made a mistake. So now he is out of his job and this job. I don't know morally how this can happen. He's 19 and been working since 16 and I want to thank the adult work force for doing him wrong at such a young age. I will be seeing a Lawyer about this matter. I wanted to share this publicly so others can see how they handle new hires

Not necessarily the facility and workers fault however UPS seems to be falling apart. I held a package for pickup because I was on vacation when I came back Went to pick up a package, I could actually see the package I knew it was mine because the box was unique and they would not let me collect the package I had to return the next day even though I could see the package. They said it was because of a paperwork error? I don’t know rather absurd as the ups customer service number said I was good to go pick it up.

I thought everyone there was very friendly and knowledgeable about their job. I just couldn't send my package from there cause I have to actually go to a ups store.

I bought a sink off of Amazon and they would not deliver it without a signature. Being as I work during the day I had to change my delivery to pick up at UPS location and this is the location it said to pick it up from.The center is kind of back off the road but its not hard to find. I arrived around 1030 in the morning and had to wait 5-8 mins for the gentlemen to help the person before me.The staff member I had contact with was nice, got my package right away and even loaded it in my truck for me.Good experience.
