This store has failed listening to me on shipping an item. I asked for it to be double boxed and it wasn't like I asked. I don't know if there was a miscommunication but it was important for that to be shipped protected. I don't know what happened to the other workers but I will not ship at this store again

An insulting experience. I was told that there would be a dollar charge to put one piece of packing tape across my Amazon return package. The lady there was very rude and sarcasticky said "we have a business to run here."
After I returned from putting my own tape on the package, before I could apologize for my tone earlier, she rudely said that " I'm sure you get paid for what you do for a living." She then pointed to a tiny printout on the counter and said "this is Amazon's return shipping policy."
I very well may use UPS in the future but I will never return to this store!

Very very VERY unprofessional!! They make you pay almost 25 dollars to change to address WITHOUT LETTING YOU CHANGE IT!! I will NEVER IN LIFE order ANYTHING through these people EVER AGAIN!! My order was over 150 so I had to pay 25 to change my address just to pay another 150 because they didn’t change my address. They don’t care if you get your order they only care about getting more and more money out of you!

Tried charging me $5 for one printed paper. Go to PrintMaster for any prints, 10 cents a paper.
Place smells like rotten egg farts too

I used to come in here earlier this year & was treated horribly! Employees were rude, talked & laughed about customers, etc. I haven't been in for a while but decided to give it another try since it's so close to where I live. Last week, I had a really pleasant experience with the young woman who helped me. Today, because of the long line, I decided to try the self serve. It was pretty simple to use with easy-to-follow instructions. I was returning three packages to Amazon. In the middle of the third return, all the computers crashed. Everybody, including the owner, just stood around. Finally, the owner disappeared into the back. When he came back, one of the computers was online. I still had to wait to be called over to finish up my returns. I asked the woman who waited on me if they had gotten new employees. She said they had. It looks like they got rid of some of the really rude ones. I will definitely continue to use this facility. Much more pleasant.

I had an appt for a notary service and when I arrived I was told the notary would be gone for an hour lol really no point in making an appt

I called to talk about a package and your employee Paul patell was nothing but rude and mean and even hung up on me had no interest in trying to help me at all this is unacceptable as well as you over all customer service in general if I could shut ups down I would very dissatisfied in every interaction with any of your employees and representatives

$5.15 to print 1 label??!! This place is absolutely insane!! What a scam!! I've never paid this much before! I emailed a label & it printed out 5 secs later. Worker just had to grab the label off the printer & that's worth over $5??? It is printed on silk & the worker hand delivers it to the location on the same day? If not, then you guys are greedy! All in Shipping charges 0.54 & they go above & beyond with their customer service!! I'LL NEVER PRINT ANOTHER LABEL HERE AGAIN!!! I'll definitely take my packages elsewhere unless it's Amazon which it's FREE.

Bad customer service, to print its five dollars for a fifteen cent page. When I asked him about it he had a bad attitude and made a seen in front of the other customers.

I don’t know what happen to all the original workers in this store. It use to be very friendly! Went in to a location to get the cost shipping for 8 packages and there was a female at the counter, before she could respond the male Indian work butts in and basically never gives her a chance to respond! He was rude not really wanting to give me the information I was asking for. Telling me he couldn’t give me a price only an estimate. I have shipped like this plenty of times before and the service representative can always tell me how much my shipment is. Saying rudely for me to put my box on the scale. I sat it down and he proceeds to tell me he can’t tell me the cost to ship my package only the estimate. If I’m paying for shipping right then and there why can’t you tell me the price? How else would I pay. I will not be returning to this location. I have been met with his rudeness too many times!
